I went there tonight to purchase my cat food and some aquatics. They were completely out of plenco fish. There were so many dead fish and the tanks were horrid. I am a firm believer animal care should come first at any establishment, especially a well know business that claims to set higher expectations on their animal care. Maybe Petco leadership should review basics when housing and selling animals because is was apparent to me tonight, animal care is not a priority at all.

I purchased a bag Sunday night opened it and it was infested with worms returned it Monday.In the store I opened up two bags before finding a good bag. The manager said it’s a problem across Petco stores and they have 10 bags returned with a similar problem. Not a 100% sure if it’s Purina or Petco that stored the product incorrectly.

I can’t even begin explaining how amazing they treated me and made me feel happy about my big purchase for a new saltwater tank. I can go on all day about the amazing experience but that to say I highly recommend all day! I promise you can’t beat their service! Sheesh amazing work you guys!
