We were on time and the lady canceled me because she didn’t know how large my dog was, I have everything on the app he is just 45 pounds and she cancel me when I was there and trying to reschedule me at the end of the month. However despite the smiles they managed to butcher Brownie’s grooming appointment and poor puppy was skinned to the point that he was bleeding in a few spots.This is the first time in this dog life he was treated like a peace of meat - literally like a dog brought for slaughter. Rachel was his technicians and while she apologized for skinning the puppy, the apology did not compensate for the emotional and physical trauma of the pet and his owners:((

She was very sweet and understanding because utz doesn't like other dogs.she reassured me that everything would be ok. Utz looked so beautiful when I came to pick him up. His coat was soft,shiny he smelled so good.. I received a 25 percent off coupon because it was his first time there. I recommend you take your fur babies to see Kristina.
