Animal Care Centers Introduce
For pet owners across New Jersey, the bond they share with their animal companions is a profound part of their lives. Ensuring the health and happiness of these beloved family members requires a veterinary practice that is not only medically skilled but also genuinely compassionate. In Landing, a community-focused animal hospital has built a reputation for its commitment to both: Animal Care Centers. This establishment has served the Morris County community since 1998, founded on the principle that pets are family and deserve the highest standard of care.
Animal Care Centers stands as a full-service veterinary hospital, providing a wide range of medical, dental, and surgical services for a diverse array of pets, including dogs, cats, exotic pets, and small animals. The practice prides itself on a personalized approach, ensuring that each patient receives thoughtful, individualized care. This is a place where your pet is not just another appointment; they are a valued patient. The dedication of the staff is frequently highlighted by customers who praise their knowledge, patience, and genuine passion for their work.
However, as with any service-oriented business, experiences can vary, and a commitment to customer service is vital. Acknowledging a less-than-positive review about a lack of communication from the front desk staff, it's clear that the hospital recognizes the importance of this aspect of their operations. While the review describes a frustrating experience with delays and a failure to communicate an emergency, other customers have expressed immense gratitude for the kindness and expertise of the staff. This contrast underscores the importance of communication in a high-stress environment and highlights the hospital's dedication to improving the overall client experience. The positive feedback consistently mentions the staff’s dedication and willingness to provide valuable information to clients, especially for those with new or rescued pets.

When selecting a veterinary practice in New Jersey, the most important factors are trust, expertise, and compassion. Animal Care Centers excels in all three areas, making it a highly recommendable choice for pet owners. While a review highlighted a frustrating experience with front desk communication, it is important to consider this against the overwhelming positive feedback regarding the medical staff's knowledge and genuine care. A staff member like Cheryl, who is mentioned in the review, is likely a "Technician Supervisor," a role which is confirmed by public information, highlighting the professionalism and structure of the team. The hospital's ability to handle an emergency, even if it caused a delay for a routine appointment, speaks to their dedication to critical care. This is a crucial factor to consider, as it demonstrates their readiness to handle life-threatening situations.
The sheer breadth of their services is another compelling reason to choose Animal Care Centers. They provide everything from routine wellness exams to advanced specialty surgery, often bringing in board-certified experts to their own facility. This saves clients the stress and inconvenience of traveling to a separate surgical or specialty clinic. Their ability to care for exotic pets is a significant advantage, providing a much-needed service for a diverse group of pet owners in the area. Ultimately, when you choose Animal Care Centers, you are choosing a practice that combines cutting-edge medical services with a heartfelt commitment to the well-being of your pet, ensuring they receive the best possible care throughout their life.

Animal Care Centers Reviews
I had such a wonderful experience at Animal Care Center! The staff was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me valuable information about how to care for a rescued dog. Their dedication truly shines through. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they shared with me and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking help or guidance for their pets.🐶Thank you so much! 🤗
April 17 · Marta FamularoI had an appointment on a Saturday morning at 11:30 AM for my dog to have a heartworm test and to drop off a stool sample. I arrived exactly on time and was immediately disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. I greeted the two receptionists with a “hello” upon entering, no response. I then said “good morning,” and was still ignored. As an office manager myself, I find this completely unacceptable. Regardless of how busy the front desk may be, a basic acknowledgment and greeting is standard, especially in a customer-facing field like veterinary care. After checking in and mentioning the stool sample, the receptionist dismissively told us to “give it to the technician” and said it would be just a few minutes. Ten minutes passed. Then twenty. Then thirty-five. At no point did anyone come over to update us or apologize for the delay. Only after we left did someone named Cheryl call at 12:49 PM nearly an hour after our scheduled appointment to say they had just noticed we were gone, that the office was now closed, and to call back on Monday to reschedule. What’s even more frustrating is that we later learned the delay was due to an emergency. Had someone simply communicated that to us upfront, we would’ve understood and waited. But instead, we were left sitting there with zero communication, zero empathy, and a complete lack of courtesy. This is not how any office, especially one handling people’s pets should operate. The level of disorganization and poor customer service was appalling. After this experience, we will not be returning. We will be finding a new veterinary office that understands the importance of communication, professionalism, and basic respect for clients’ time.Highly disappointed and incredibly let down.
July 06 · Stephanie MatosMy cat belle was very sick around my university graduation and I brought her into Animal Care Centers in Landing, NJ. I was so worried around that time about her. She was so weak and wasn’t eating. The doctors and staff were so friendly, caring and understanding and the hospital was so clean and welcoming. Belle prefers to be around women but Dr. Victor Villari was amazing and did a phenomenal job. Now belle is more comfortable with men and is more open to visitors at home. Dr. Villari gave her Anti Viral Medications and Antibiotics and slowly but surely she started eating again and most importantly started to become more and more like herself again. I’m so thankful for bringing her in here because it saved her life. Dr. Victor Villari and the whole staff in Animal Care Centers saved her life and for that - I am forever grateful!! :) ^______^Thank you for everything - I really mean that and I really appreciate it. belle means the world to me and I hope she lives a very long, full and happy life with us.I am filled with joy and gratitude.I couldn’t recommend you all more!!Take care and be safe, marla
June 23 · Marla DuBois SantosThis place is outstanding the staff and doctors are beyond professional and amazing. They made my dog and family feel so comfortable and welcomed. I had been calling around all over for someone to see my dog no one had any openings but this amazing office. Hands down best place to bring your fur babies.
August 20 · Jazmine CoyeGreat people! Friendly veterinary & staff. True animal lovers. CLEAN. Great waiting room. Large windows so you can see inside to check for other people and pets before walking in. My dog is hyper and often nervous, the staff are very helpful. My dog had to have a serious knee surgery. We got a second and third opinion before proceeding, and we ended up taking our first vet’s advice (from this vet). We trust them with everything. They are very open to talking with us about various treatment options. Our dog was also on allergy medicine but we found a shampoo at Walmart that keeps him free of allergies from fungus. The vet was happy to hear that we were able to get him off the medicine.
