★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1i made an appointment for my cat (1 year and 3 months old) who has been limping on his back left leg. They took him in and the doctor called saying they couldn't feel anything wrong with his legs. Then repeatedly told me he was uncooperative and spicy... which leads me to believe they didn't do a thorough physical exam. The doctor recommended anxiety meds before visits... which they prescribed already... which i had given him that day... so clearly the doctor read up on my cat before examining him, not. They gave me 4 pain pills for my cat and sent me on my way. He's still limping, and when i felt his back knee i felt a bump. When i pushed down his knee popped back into place. Your telling me a Vet Doctor couldn't feel that bump and his knee being out of place in the 4 hours they had him? I was able to fix his knee within minutes yet the doctor told me they couldn't find anything wrong. unbelievable, i doubt they even touched my cat. Instead they complained about how "spicy" he was. he's 10 pounds and a cat... A joke of a hospital.
August 09 · Michelle TavaresBanfield has always been there for everything that had and has to do with my cats. They are compassionate and understanding. Debbie is the best and always there when you need something answered. The vets also are there when you need them. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you all from Wobbles and Oreo.
August 10 · Carla MartinsBesides Dr Steinberg who we adore, and Debbie at the front desk, the rest of the staff we have encountered are completely incompetent. Nearly everything they did or said was wrong across the board. They take no accountability for their mistakes and will lie to you directly when making excuses for their lack of skill and professionalism. There is some seriously significant training issues here and until that’s resolved, we will have to seek a new vet to care for our babies. Make sure to dot you i’s and cross your t’s when scheduling with this location.
August 27 · jeff majkaMaking an appointment here is nearly impossible. Every single time that I call, no matter what time of day that I call, they put me on hold for as long as 30 minutes. It is ridiculous. When I do get an appointment, it is almost always a “drop off” appointment, where I have to drop my dog off at 8am. The dogs are crated the entire time while they wait to get seen. They call when the dog has been seen and is ready for pick up, but it is hours after the drop off time. It is completely unethical and puts a lot of stress on my dog because he is not used to being crated for hours upon hours. As pet owners, we are also not invited to go into the examination room and to see the exam/ask questions. My dog had a terrible ear infection and they were booking as far out as 2 weeks. I could not wait that long, as my dog was in lots of pain. I had no choice but to take him to another vet. I am definitely making the switch over to this vet. Not only was I invited into the examination room, but they encouraged it so that my dog would feel safe. He was in and out of there within 30-40 minutes with a diagnosis and medication to heal his infection. They also cut my dogs nails without me asking. Banfield would never put in the time or energy into doing so. I am deeply disappointed because I gave Banfield a chance for years, but after experiencing this other vet, I am never going back to Banfield.
June 07 · Ashley HI love the Manchester Banfield Pet Hospital! They have taken great care of my fur babies ! My Chihuahua has been going there for over 10 years (she started going to Banfield in Texas before I adopted her). My golden retriever is 1 and 1/2 years now and has been taken care of by Banfield since he was 8 weeks old. A special shout-out to Levi who is wonderful with our dogs.
