Incredible staff! They truly treat your pet like their own. Dr.Mac conducted my chi’s dental cleaning and he loved her. He was so happy with the vet tech too! He’s a spicy diva so it’s unusual for him to like any vets (or people). Also, the front desk is awesome. She’s so polite and welcoming. I went to a different location previously and it was terrible. Disappointing Experience – Wellness Plan is a ScamI regret signing up for Banfield’s Wellness Plan—it’s a complete scam. Despite paying monthly, I was still charged for nearly everything, making the plan completely worthless. The vets themselves don’t seem very knowledgeable, and when test results come back, they have to be sent off to someone else for review, which causes unnecessary delays.Communication is terrible—trying to get clear answers is frustrating, and appointments feel rushed. If you’re considering Banfield for your pet’s care, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. You’ll end up paying more than expected with little to no benefit.I signed up for Banfield Pet Hospital’s Wellness Plan hoping it would provide affordable, quality care for my pet. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.First, the plan locks you into a contract, making it nearly impossible to cancel without paying hefty fees. Even if your pet passes away or you’re dissatisfied with the service, you’re still required to pay for the remainder of the contract.Second, the "unlimited office visits" sound great in theory, but in reality, it’s nearly impossible to get an appointment when you need one. Scheduling can take weeks, which is frustrating when your pet has an urgent issue.Additionally, the plan covers basic preventative care but doesn’t include many necessary treatments. If your pet needs anything beyond the basics, expect to pay extra. The discounts they advertise on additional services are minimal at best.The customer service has also been disappointing. Trying to get clear answers about billing or services often leads to frustration, with long wait times and unhelpful responses.Overall, I feel like I’ve paid a lot more than I would have if I had just gone to a regular vet and paid for services as needed. I wouldn’t recommend this plan unless you fully understand the limitations and are okay with being locked into a contract.

This is one of the most patient and friendly places you could ever take your 🐶🐕 pets. They keep you informed at all times what's going on with your pet while in their care and they will consult you before doing any thing.

This facility and staff are AMAZING. We have had to come in twice so far for vet appointments, and from the scheduling, staff, facility and treatment have all been top notch. I would highly recommend you bring your fur babies here. Thank you so much for always taking care of our pup!
