★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Sadly, my visit resulted in deciding to allow my Annie girl to crossover. Dr. Wagner approached the medical emergency with compassion and sharing her own loss. She was relatable and passed no judgment. The staff sent a lovely sympathy card with individual messages. Upon picking up Annie's ashes I was asked how I was doing. We forget it takes only 2 seconds to be nice. Delta staff is fostering an amazing culture.
May 24 · laura coronaI brought my 3-year-old cat, Lucy, in when she was seriously ill and declining fast. The team at Delta Vet moved quickly, figured out what was wrong, and started treatment right away. They were direct, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Lucy pulled through because of them, and I’m incredibly grateful. Drs Wagner and Niaz, along with the entire Delta team were kind and caring and treated Lucy as one of their own. My family and I cannot thank the Delta team enough. Lucy is 2 months out, doing great and super happy to be home with her brother and her family!! THANK YOU DELTA VET!!
June 13 · Nicole FeliciI wish I had brought my cat Persy to this animal hospital from the beginning... the level of care and compassion she received here was night and day compared to the larger, corporate-run hospitals (in Paramus). After having disappointing experiences at two other clinics, I finally brought her here- and although the team did everything they could to help her recover, there was ultimately nothing more that could be done, and I had to say goodbye to my sweet little girl. That said, I am grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and compassion the staff showed me during such a heartbreaking time. I recommend bringing your pet here for several reasons; these are the ones I feel matter the most:- Many of the staff have previously worked at corporate animals hospitals, and chose to work here for a more personal and caring approach to veterinary care.- The pricing here is fair and transparent- no pressured up-selling, no unnecessary tests or procedures.- I was welcome to visit Persy whenever I wanted, which was important to me.- The team clearly explained everything and worked with me to develop a treatment plan that made sense and was within my budget. At the larger hospitals, it felt like I was being taken advantage of financially while my cat received minimal attention. Losing a pet is devastating- and the last thing you want to deal with is feeling like you were overcharged for subpar care (at best) especially when the level of care is crucial to survival. This hospital offered us the dignity, compassion and honesty we needed and I'll always be thankful for that.
June 19 · Dan MoreiraOurs was an unplanned emergency visit in the early morning hours which unfortunately resulted in our decision to help our pet over the rainbow bridge and out of her suffering. That said, Dr. Mike and his staff were thoughtful, tactful, compassionate, and patient with us while he explained the cause of her labored breathing. He explained our options and the realism of each. They made us comfortable while we waited for our adult children to arrive so we could all be with our pup. They gave us private time together in a comfortable room. Even our pup seemed at ease. While I don't wish anyone a scenario like ours, we would highly recommend bringing your pet to Delta. I have even suggested to our original vet of 12 years that they change their "emergency vet recommendation" to Delta - both for care and proximity.Thank you Dr. Mike and team for helping us.
July 18 · Heather TancrediDr Niaz, Lori and staff, THANK YOU!!!I picked this pet hospital in a panic on Christmas Eve after my 5 month old puppy decided to chew her entire foam mattress while I was at work. Without hesitation they brought her back to check her vitals and perform an X-ray. They were efficient and explained the whole process to me of foreign removal and gave me options to best suit her situation. They were very knowledgeable when going over her Xray with me since I had no idea what I was looking at. My puppy had to stay over night for monitoring and they called me every few hours to let me know how she was doing which I am SO happy about. I felt she was safe and loved by their staff. Charlotte is a handful puppy and I couldn’t have picked a better place for her to be. Their prices are very fair and the microscopic removal was a success, and they saved her from having surgery!!!! They gave me a Christmas miracle. I would give 10 stars for this hospital if I could. Don’t hesitate to bring your animals here!Thank you again!!!!
