★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place is amazing and really cares about their customers. The staff is so pleasant and friendly even though my kitty wasn't so nice, I'm sorry about that. But thank you so much for checking Willow out and assuring me she was on the road to recovery. Happy to say she's back to being her big bad self and leading the pack!

June 23 · C BrownI am so, so happy with the care my pups receive at Fallbrook Vet Clinic! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they never make you feel like any question is too small or unimportant. They take the time to answer everything thoroughly before you leave, which is so reassuring. Their prices are extremely affordable, and I love that appointments are never rushed. The clinic is also very clean, which adds to the overall comfort and trust I feel. I highly recommend checking them out!
December 30 · Courtney NayI don’t know how this facility has a 4.9 review… We had an appointment for 2pm, this was our very first visit and we got taken back to a room by someone who never introduced themselves, (we found out after it was the actual veterinarian or a vet tech? Still unclear.) Room #2 was gross, (took photos of each of the following complaints) dried blood under the exam table, dried pee in multiple spots on the floor and just balls of hair and dirt rolling around. I didn’t feel comfortable letting my dog get down to walk around with the state of the floors in this exam room. This was an annual visit and my dog was due for multiple vaccines, he’s 5 years old and his entire life he’d receive whatever vaccines were due at the same time during his annual visit. This doctor notified us that because he’s under 25 pounds they’d only administer one at a time… I’ve only ever owned dogs under 25 pounds and have genuinely never heard this sort of policy before from a vets office. My dog gets severely stressed in this type of setting and I would need to now bring him for 4 separate appointments to receive his vaccines, rather than one annual exam like he’s had his whole life? I felt extremely uncomfortable with the entire experience and actually chose to leave and schedule elsewhere.-In response to the veterinary clinic, trying to justify dried blood and urine and hair as “oh oops, sometimes we miss things,” is not a valid response. As anyone in a health care setting would know, blood and urine are health hazards and could lead to cross contamination between pets. I’d expect a room to be cleaned in between visits. My review stands at a one star rating. I also agree, there are much better clinics within a 10-15 mile radius as you stated. Thanks!
