★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Compassion with a White Coat – and a Whole Lot of Heart! If Forest Ridge Veterinary Hospital had a tail, it would be wagging with pride — and for good reason. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals that’s hard to find these days.Dr. White is nothing short of phenomenal. She doesn’t rush, she listens — a rarity in any medical setting, let alone veterinary care. She took her time with my dog, addressing every concern with patience and care, explaining the treatment plan thoroughly and clearly. We’ve been seeing her for a few weeks now, and her consistency, compassion, and clinical expertise have been nothing short of comforting. And let’s talk about Brooke and the rest of the team — they’re the dream team you never knew your pet needed. Friendly, professional, and clearly in this line of work for the right reasons. They treat every furry visitor like family — and every worried pet parent like a partner in care. The office itself? Immaculate. It’s clean, calming, and welcoming — no mystery odors, no chaotic waiting room energy. Just peaceful vibes and the quiet confidence that your pet is in excellent hands. If you’re looking for a veterinary practice that’s big on heart, even bigger on professionalism, and just the right amount of witty charm — Forest Ridge is the place.Your pet deserves Dr. White. July 23 · Alyson SavinoToday was our first time at Forest Ridge with our dog who has such anxiety when going to the vet that she can become so nervous she shows signs of aggression as a defense mechanism. Dr. white and her staff are honestly a Godsend to us, they were so incredibly patient and helped to make her experience comfortable while still making sure she received top care. We have NEVER received such kindness, grace and such sweet care when it comes to Shelby and we are truly so grateful. We will only be going to Forest Ridge from here on out. I would absolutely recommend Dr. White and her wonderful team to anyone looking for a place that is knowledgeable and compassionate. I’m honestly still just stunned by the care we received today. Thank you so much!!!
July 31 · Kathleen MorseSuper kind, and caring staff. You can tell they all genuinely love animals. I felt very comfortable, as did my cats. Both my boys were well behaved and liked all the sraff they came in contact with! So important!I used to drive 45 minutes to my previous vet but desperately needed a good vet closer to my home. I adopted a very anxious cat that does not do well in a carrier and gets very sick in the car. So nice to have this place only 15 minutes from my house. They are quick about approving prescription orders on Chewy and they don't try and get you to do unnecessary tests for extra $.Highly recommend this veterinarian.
March 20 · Kelly DDr is an incredibly passionate woman. She is taking care one of our big cats. Sadly, he has Lymphoma . However, the vets, staff and VTA are amazing
August 11 · Sunshine SideofLife77Sharing my experience for other pet owners. I would not recommend this vet office.I had an emergency visit for my senior cat, I was grateful for the same day appt. Although at a high fee of $120 and was told they had a cancellation where I could fit into. They definitely made money off my visit! The Dr and tech were very professional and kind. They prescribed gabapentin liquid which I gave my cat and noticed my cat was still having episodes. The medication was working at first and then all of sudden didn’t. I contacted their office in attempt to ask questions about why the medication wasn’t working, because I was using it as instructed. It was the bottom of the bottle, didn’t know if that was the cause.Something simple as trying to get medication information on how to use from the vet turned into the impossible. Never experienced this from any vet service. They use a text messaging service in which Janice and another young lady who was not a vet, or technician would text message in a manner that was not helpful. My question was never answered. I called their office to try to get the medication info, and was told someone would get back to me. That turned into additional text messages, where I was told they are not doctors and have limited info to provide, I was then told to schedule another visit to speak with the doctor. The text messages were not professional at times, where I was told, she was writing me on her time off during after hours, and was trying to relay info but didn’t understand how to answer my questions. This went on for some time. With a lot of frustration, overwhelming and turned into an endless back and forth. I opted to contact Chewy’s 24/7 vet hotline, advice from a friend. It should not be complicated to get a simple medication question answered. I’m looking to understand what’s going on, if I need a higher dose or more often or spaced out. I could not get that support/answered by this vet’s office. Instead, I was advised to pay another $120 to go into the office to speak to the doctor about the medication. I requested that their office stop texting me, because it wasn’t helpful. They both kept messaging me that they didn’t know or repeating themselves, at times it was very late at night.Fast forward to Today, I spoke with Janice, the co-owner of this practice. I requested a refill and was told that they are “severing” my relationship as a client with me. Because I requested they stop texting. I attempted to explain why, I only got to share a little about the frustration of not being able to get medication into. She didn’t want to “debate”, talk about it further and told me, they do not want my business. She didn’t even know why I requested to stop the texting, nor did she ask.I understand small vet offices, understaffed situations, I work for global brands for 25+ years, I know how to manage operations. This I have not ever experienced. My warning to any pet owners, if you need support outside their office, you will not get it. I was told they are a small practice and there’s only one doctor, it’s impossible for the Dr to call back anyone. Going into the office is the only way. The texting service is not helpful communication. Attempting to provide medical info via text is insanity. They do not understand how to provide simple info on medication. That’s incredibly alarming, because most of the time, pet owners will have questions about medication or lab work. It will most likely be different for all pets.Save yourself frustration, peace of mind and money - go to a vet where you will get support for your pet without being told you’re the problem. Where the Vet will take accountability for their lack of support or how they don’t show up for pets and their owners. An already vulnerable situation for everyone.I wish them well. However, I would not refer them to anyone. My neighbor warned me about them too. My message is for pet owners. It’s my experience that Janice did not want to hear today; that now, everyone will know about.Vets need to do better!
