★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The nurses were very knowledgeable, kind, genuinely concerned and very understanding. I would 💯 percent refer to a friend. I wish I did have a single person but it was my very first time meeting the people I did and I'm just that meeting everyone was absolute terrific 💯 percent The honest concern and empathy of everyone I can't in contact with.
September 02 · Zita BorgesI brought my dog in a couple weeks ago with a bite wound. Initially, the secretary told me their first opening was at 6pm (it was 3:45 at the time.) I was a little panicky bc I didn’t want the wound to get dirty. I asked if someone could clean her up in the meantime and initially the secretary said they wouldn’t be able to until 6. I was a little frustrated and shared my concern that I had quickly bandaged her up and didn’t think the bandage would hold for another 2 hours and if anything, was hoping someone could temporarily bandage her up. At this point the other secretary offered to get a vet tech. I’m really glad I pushed for this because the vet tech came out and looked at her wound and brought her right to the back to shave the area down and clean her up. The vet tech offered to keep her in the back until the vet was able to see her at 6. The vet was very thorough when explaining the damage to me. They were concerned about a possible air pocket and told me what to look out for. They also sent me home with printed information so I could educate myself which was super helpful. Naturally, like the paranoid pet parent I am, I called daily to make sure what I was seeing was normal. The techs were always so friendly and asked me questions about the wound site to make sure it was healing correctly. When I brought her in to get her tube out, they were super friendly, helpful and informative. Each time I brought her back for a check up (to get staples out, etc) the vet techs always knew who she was and treated her like she was their own. I am so grateful for the experience I had with them. (I didn’t want to add gruesome pictures of the wound so added a picture of the day she got her staples out!)

The staff was very professional and clear about the costs. Overall I would highly recommend this ER for your pet. Everyone was great to interact with, thank-you! As an ER facility schedule and short wait times are critical, I was seen very quickly and appreciated that.
September 04 · Charles EarlThe care was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They quickly diagnosed our cat and provided a clear explanation of what he needed for treatment. The vet tech and the veterinarian were both friendly, professional, and helpful. The fact that we were able to schedule an appointment and the wait was short. Most of all, I appreciate that the doctor was kind and patient. He explained everything clearly.
August 10 · Ann AllainVery kind and professional staff! No pressure to run unnecessary testing! However they were thoughtful and communicative so I could make a decision on my own! I was able to make an appointment to come in, which was also helpful seeing as I had my six-year-old nephew with me. As much as I don't want to go back to any kind of emergency care with my pup, If I had to, I would definitely go there again. The vet tecs on that day were fantastic! Super kind, understanding and patient! My dog had a urinary issue and he kept peeing on the floor and they just came in and cleaned it up without complaints! The vet came in to see me and go over the results! He was super kind as well My only complaint is that it was freezing in there lol however they allowed me to go grab a blanket from my car! I understand they have to keep it cold in there… If that's my only complaint, I say they're doing great.
