★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my rescue for her first visit here and absolutely loved it! I saw Dr. Paul and Danielle and they were both amazing with my dog ( who is a nervous nelly). Whenever I call the vet techs with questions they are so kind and helpful and that I truly appreciate. They have also helped get some of my family dogs healthy again which we are so grateful for! Absolutely no complaints with this vet!
August 28 · Seana BEver since the original owner retired, it’s gone down hill. They never actually help anymore when it’s something bad or an emergency. Switching my dog to Stone Veterinary instead because they actually have helped already even before his appointment. My dogs had two instances of throwing up more than 9 times two different days, weeks apart. Both times they couldn’t see him which is fine, they referred me to an emergency place (which was terrible and I also left a review). I didn’t go this second time, instead I wanted a second opinion because never once did they say let’s get him in ASAP to just check him out. It was always I mean I guess if he isn’t better bring him in and that was only said the first time. This second time they didn’t even care, offered a bland diet and that’s it. This other vets officer I will be going to from now on, offered much more already without even his first visit! For one they actually listened and agreed that it could be the new topical flea and tick medicine he is on. Which I told both the emergency place and Prospect Veterinary. Neither of them said anything about it being a possibility and just the fact that they didn’t even want to see him at all is crazy. They’ve completely dropped the ball way too many times and I would never recommend them to anyone anymore.
June 28 · Jennifer Brylewski⸻I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but after seeing the most recent one, I felt I had to speak up — because I completely agree. Ever since Dr. Gruska left, this place has gone downhill. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years, and the level of care has seriously declined. My dog is 9 years old and has IVDD. In the past, when she had flare-ups, she was promptly given the medications she needed. Now, I’m met with excuses, vague responses, and comparisons between treating a human and a dog — which makes no sense. My dog is in pain, and she needs help, not a lecture.Dr. Warner is the only one that seems to care, She’s wonderful. But unfortunately, the rest of the staff comes off as dismissive and unhelpful. They offer no solutions and just say, “I’m sorry” or “I understand,” while doing nothing to actually help. Please do your research before bringing your pet here. I recommend finding a family-owned vet clinic that actually cares about animals — not just making money.
July 24 · Felicia TroianiI’ve been bringing my pets to this veterinary hospital for years, but ever since the ownership changed, everything has gone downhill. The front desk staff are unbelievably rude, unhelpful, and seem completely clueless about what they’re doing. Customer service used to be caring and reliable—now it’s a mess.Be very cautious when it comes to billing. They’ll hit you with surprise charges that were never clearly explained or authorized. It feels more like a money grab than a place that truly cares about animals or their owners. It’s really disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. I used to trust them with my pets’ health, but I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.
July 24 · Alex FamigliettiFrom the entrance, I was impressed. The separate (but not isolated) cat and dog entrances, the wide open, clean, bright spaces, the professional and friendly staff, the thorough intake with deference to me for knowing my dog and its needs for the last 15 years, for professional guidance and care, for the time given. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. I'm so happy to have found you !
