★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1So many positives and not enough space. When I walked in to the patient room with Stella, her surgeon, doctor Ford was immediately able to recite Stella’s history back years to when it was diagnosed that she had a hole and sphincter. That is a story unrelated for another day. Dr, Ford is an absolute first to do! The staff is wonderful and they were able to keep Stella and perform a CT scan the following morning. Dr. Ford, as promised, called me with the findings of the CT scan and we discussed the results & how to prepare . My words, pale in comparison to the gratitude that I feel.! The facility is remarkable ! Thank you, Dr. Ford and thank you for your wonderful staff🙏🙏🙏
September 08 · georgette mchaleMy cockatiel, Kingsley, was seen today in the emergency avian & exotics department. I want to commend and thank the staff that have gone above and beyond, not just for my bird, but for me as well. He is still going through his course of treatment, but I am blown away by the amazing care that has been given to Kingsley today. Thank you so much Dr. Milanov for your help, patience, support, knowledge & being so kind to my baby. Thank you to all of the doctors that gave their input on the situation. I am thankful for the entire team. Thank you Collin, the awesome technician/nurse for being so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, being so kind to me & my Kingsley and answering all of my many questions. It is truly appreciated. Thank you Mike in triage for your help with taking him back and gathering information and being kind to him. Thank you to the very friendly kind tech that took me back to the exam room. Thank you to all of the techs and doctors. Their dedication to help is commendable. They took the time to explain their findings and recommendations in depth to me today. I did not feel rushed and they took the time to answer my questions. Thank you to the lovely, kind & patient woman Samantha at the front desk in the ER, she reassured me and made me feel comfortable & calmer while I was very nervous and unsure. She understood how I was feeling and she was so kind to me. That meant a lot. Thank you very much for your patience. I will be returning for his recheck and I’m looking forward to Kingsley and I having another pleasant experience at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart.
August 31 · KI brought my dog to the vet and ended up needing to go to the emergency hospital very quickly. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly caring, kind and fast acting. The doctor, Dr. Lauer, was amazing—empathetic, thorough, and never made me feel bad about any decisions I had to make. She laid out all of my options clearly and multiple times because I was in complete shock. She was very relatable. She contacted me exactly when she said she would at 2 AM when her shift ended. I was so grateful. The facility itself was clean and comforting. Instead of crates, the dogs were in glass rooms with beds and even TVs—it felt more like a recovery room than a kennel. When I first arrived alone with my dog, the staff quickly accommodated four additional family members who joined me later, bringing us all into a private room so we could be together. Dr. Lauer repeated everything again for everyone. 🙃They even brought our dog to us so we could spend some time with her before we left.I opted for surgery-a splenectomy. The surgeon, Dr. Megret-Gonzalez, called me the next morning to go over all of the test results and was patient and detailed in answering all my questions. I truly felt that my dog was in the best hands possible. The surgery was a success and we are so happy to have my dog home.I’m so grateful for the level of care and compassion we received—it made an incredibly stressful situation so much more bearable.
May 19 · Leigh GillickWe’ve had excellent experiences at Red Bank. A few years ago, they saved our dog’s life when he needed a blood transfusion for an immune-related disease. More recently, he underwent an unrelated surgery there, which was also a great success. Their organization and processes are like a well-oiled machine. While they may be a bit more expensive, the level of care and professionalism makes it worth every penny. We feel complete confidence when we drop him off, and having 24/7 access to a vet after surgery offers incredible peace of mind.Just 4 days after his surgery he is looking happy and healthy.
June 10 · John FlanaganWe were referred to go to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital by our Vet and our nephew. They raved about the care and concern for their Dog. So we drove to Red Bank south Jersey dropped off our girl Cami for an ACL and meniscus tear. She stayed overnight and we picked her up the next day. Yesterday Friday 03/14 made a week and she is doing fantastic. She’s almost done with her meds, she jumped onto our couch which was very surprising. We didn’t want her to do that. She had no problem getting down. She’s able to go up and down 3 steps with her cone on in my backyard,To me Dr. Davis was a godsend. I couldn’t ask for any other vet hospital. They are awesome kept us informed of how our girl was doing. Explained the cost and procedure monitored Cami overnight picked her up the next day and she’s healing beautifully. Thanks to you all.
