★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr. Jesse and her team were amazing to deal with! My horse got a deep cut on his leg, and his primary vet was concerned that it went into the tendon sheath. We immediately brought him to Rhinebeck, where we were greeted by his team as soon as we pulled the trailer in. A full work up was completed and Dr. Jesse came out and gave me an update in a reasonable time frame. She was extremely kind, and was able to walk me through all the tests that were being run, as well as carefully explain the after care to me. I am very thankful for her kind demeanor as well as her vast knowledge. I will definitely be using them again should the need arise!
June 21 · Katy WixsomAmazing! My 35 year old pony contracted liver failure I wasn't willing to accept that we couldn't help him so I had vet after vet check him many agreed it was too late but still I wasn't going to give up. I only got to speak with Dr. Holly on the phone to see what was her opinion after reviewing his records she agreed with the vets but she was so compassionate about it and so knowledgeable being the first time speakiing with her I decided to let him live with his girlfriend Henrietta a adorable blond pony until it's time for him to call the vet. At the moment he is in stable condition like himself but I will cherish these last moment with him until I'm with him and my other fur babies again. Thank you Dr. Holly for making me do the right decision. P.S. I'm not that brave because I'm crying 😭 as I write this review.
February 12 · N AI cant express enough how grateful i am to the vets at Rhinebeck for doing all they could for my mare after a horrific accident at a trainers. From the first point of contact , to the day she had to be put to rest Dr.Bruce and her fellow vets went above and beyond for my horse. All i can say is thank you for the kindness you showed my mare and the respect you gave her when she was laid to rest.
November 25 · Maddie sansoneBack in the fall I shipped a horse into the hospital for a surgical plate to be placed. Arrived very early and was promised to be out by 4:30. The horse had to stay overnight. At this time I was displeased with there time management. Since this mishap one of my personal horses had to be shipped ASAP because of an infection in his knee and my primary vet thinking infection in the joint itself. Dr. A and all of the staff at Rhinebeck Equine have proved my original feelings to be all wrong. This staff is just amazing. I was unable to be there durring admission. Dr.A immediately called me with findings. I was welcomed to come in the middle of the night to visit because of my own personal hectic schedule. Dr. A called everyday with updates and stayed in touch with my vet. Dr. A allowed me to participate in flushing of incisions that were placed to drain all infected fluid, proper rewrapping, PT, and hand walking. We had planned on Dirty being discharged on the Monday after Easter. Well, snow was expected. Yet again Dr. A granted my request to pick up Dirty at 11pm Easter night for discharge. Amazing night staff was there to explain all discharge instructions and helped every step of the way to prepare Dirty to be shipped and loaded on the trailer. This hospital deserves 10 stars. Thank you everyone who participated in participating in Dirtys recovery.UPDATE 7/24/2018Wonderful vets. Office staff does not communicate with Each other. One states one thing and another does what they please. My second horse had an apt with the opthomologist . One month prior requested Ashly to request vets notes from prior opthomologist . 2 days before apt, called and left message to remind. Get to a 6pm apt and no notes. Can not recommend this group just on lack of communication itself.
July 24 · Lainey Geniti-ReynoldsMy experinece has been great with Dr Shore and Dr Dykstra. They showed my horse exceptional care. I'm very grateful.
