★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Best vet- so kind, patient and efficient. They are really so kind and compassionate. I switched from another vet and haven’t been happier!
March 25 · Caitlin SThe staff is kind and knowledgeable. The care our dogs have gotten here has been compassionate and thorough. Highly recommend!
August 14 · Steve TAbsolutely love this veterinary office! They take their time to explain everything and never try to push anything. I’ve been bringing my two dogs here for a few years and plan on staying!
May 04 · Nina Christoforatosi’ve been bringing my dog to this vet for almost a year now. the people at the desk and the assistants are very nice. everyone seems to know what they are talking about but honestly after todays visit, i won’t be going back. the woman veterinarian is very kind and she seems to genuinely care about your animal. however, the male veterinarian was really condescending and rude to me today. whenever i asked him questions, he really seemed to act like i should already know the answer, as if my question was stupid. i ask if i should be concerned about something, because he is the professional so he would know right? well when i ask if i should worry about a certain symptom, he just says “well it’s your dog so it’s really up to u whether or not u should worry.” like? seriously? u realize i am asking u how dangerous the symptom is right, not if i’m personally worried. clearly i am worried if i’m bringing my dog here, so i don’t understand why he responded to me like i wasn’t concerned or as if i was neglectful or something. i don’t mean to be overly dramatic but the tone was really rude and just unacceptable. he didn’t seem to care one bit about my dogs well being, i felt like he just wanted us out of there. all of his responses felt quite vague. when i was told i could leave, he hadn’t even come into the room to explain to me what my next steps should be. i had to go to the desk and ask the people there if they could grab the vet so i could ask him questions. that’s when i asked him what i should do next, and the way he responded to that was extremely short. he started with “well as i JUST said before” as if i wasn’t listening. like i just wanted clarification bc he just left and made nothing clear to me. everyone saw him be rude to me, they saw i was taken aback by the attitude, and none of them said anything so i’m sure this behavior is normal for the male vet. don’t go here if u don’t want to be spoken to like ur a child, or if u want to be able to ask questions without being looked at like ur stupid and annoying. it was a really unwelcoming experience, my dog deserves better so after today i will be finding a new vet. overall i’d say the care here is mediocre. not worth the condescending attitude u may encounter.
November 25 · alexBeen coming here since 2000. They are exceptional in their knowledge and they are so welcoming. I have never had any doubts about the care that my pets receive. They answer all of my questions, even the silly ones. It's easy to tell that the veterinarians have a true passion for animal Care. I worked at a different animal hospital and still continued to bring my pets here as they know my pets and family very well and I wouldn't trade this practice for anything!
