★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Being a police dog vendor I deal with Veterinarian's all the time and the way I was treated by this place was unbelievable! Not only were they double the cost of Stones veterinarian that’s also in Watertown but they were rude beyond belief and passive aggressive. I talked to the manager Alex who could care less how I was treated and witnessed their behavior first hand. I will never go back there again as they treated me like an inconvenience not a customer! What a horrible place.
July 10 · Lenny SwirdaI took my girl Bella here because I thought she had a UTI after having constant accidents in the house which was very unlike her. Turns out she had diabetes. I was there at least every other week since diagnosis in February and money is tight for me, but they never turned me away knowing that I may not have all the money upfront. I was able to make it work, but they still gave me discounts and proved that they weren’t just trying to make money off of her illness, they did everything to treat her. And the way the staff handled her, they were so loving and kind to her, holding her and telling her what a good girl she was. Her status unexpectedly changed one day and I rushed her in and unfortunately it was her time. I wasn’t even charged an emergency visit. They saw how terribly devastated I was and gave me as much time as I wanted saying my goodbyes to her, let me come in and stay with her the entire time, and even allowed me to call a family member to come and say their goodbyes with me. They assured me we’d exhausted all options and the humane thing to do was to make her comfortable. They could have easily charged me hundreds if not a couple thousand dollars to keep her for observation and keep her stable, but that wouldn’t be fair to her as she was uncomfortable. When it was done, they didn’t even ask for payment and just said I can take a few days and pay when I was ready or I could wait until I picked her up. They coordinated 100% of her cremation service as well through Regency/Inserv. I was too distraught and heartbroken so they must have picked everything out for me and when I picked her up, I was SO thrilled with the picture frame box with her ashes and her paw print. They even sent me a personalized sympathy card in the mail. Now, I will not take my other dog anywhere else.
May 26 · Brittany ElisabettaHad to get something for the dog's nerves due to the fireworks that have recently started. Short conversation with the vet and I was prescribed medication. Quick & professional.
June 17 · ted townsendThey lied about the price and couldn’t give me simple quotes for spaying. The charged $350 for simple physical and rabies shot. They said spaying was between $ 350 and 850 Crazy. Never go there. They don’t care about your pet. It’s all about the money.
March 15 · LauraI had an extremely frustrating experience at this clinic. The young lady vet was beyond rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, she seemed uninterested in my dog’s well-being. Barely gave my dog his vaccination, she outright refused if there wasn’t a muzzle on him, stating it wasn’t worth it to go near him. Understandably, she was scared but this was shocking, especially considering that this is the very job she signed up for — to care for animals, no matter their temperament. Her attitude toward us was condescending, and she showed no empathy or willingness to help.Despite not performing any kind of exam, she still charged us for a consultation, which felt like a blatant attempt to take our money without providing any service. It was clear she had no intention of even attempting to work with my dog, but instead of trying to engage or offering a solution, she just gave us an awful attitude. we were shocked by her dismissive behavior and lack of professionalism. On the other hand, the male vet tech, he was kind, patient, and actually showed interest in my dog’s health. He wasn’t scared to approach my dog and made the effort to give him the attention he deserved. It’s a shame that the main vet was so uninterested in doing her job.
