August 17 · Avent ChiuApparently their bad reviews are deserved; I should have done research on them before buying from them. Ordered 10 shrimp for more than $250 and their customer service kept dodging questions about when it would ship. I also asked them explicitly not to ship for arrival during the weekend as the mailroom at my school is only open Mon-Fri. They acknowledged and sent the shrimp out USPS (not FedEx overnight as stated on the order) for delivery on SATURDAY. Add in the Labor Day holiday and that meant the shrimp would be in the baking hot post office until Tuesday! Couldn't bear to let the little guys just die so arranged a package intercept with USPS and picked them up Saturday. They are okay so far but I will never do business with Billy Boi again, and will spread my experience far and wide to make sure no one else does either.

June 12 · Patrick StapletonUpdate!!!I just got off the phone with my bank and good old Billyboi had my purchase set up for a reoccurring charges !!! I cannot warn you enough to stay away from this merchant do not purchase from him online, see the product and pay cash.First off when I made my order, my phone auto filled the wrong mailing address. I sent him a message letting t them know that it was the wrong mailing address, and he messaged me back promptly telling me that I could just email him updating him with my real mailing address. This was on the 28th, so I emailed him with the correct address and did not get a response, I waited a couple of days and still no response. 9 Days later he replied back after I contacted him through Instagram because he would not respond to my emails, which I used to or three different emails, and when he finally did respond back, he had the wrong address on there so he didn’t even read my emails . I’d asked for a cancellation and a full refund then we got the address situated I decided to go through with the order. After 14 days! I received my shrimp and they were all infected with red worms attached to their bodies so I had to set up a couple of isolation tanks because I had three different colors and then I had to go and buy the medication to treat the shrimp. And Billy boi!!! called me a liar and said that his shrimp are not infected so I wouldn’t waste my time purchasing from this individual I spent close to $90 and some of the shrimp are not even the right color and look like they were from a cull tank. Then he was going to charge me for however long it took me bto find out!!! What a scammer!!

This company just stole $200 from me. Next step is better business bureau. Which they've already been reported to.
