I called the store and mentioned this to the lady on the phone. I mentioned that it was the Fish Friday 1-Day Event! 50% OFF Online Only sale. She asked the manager if they would price match if I went to the store. She said yes they would. I get to the store. We bag up around 30 aquatic fresh water animals. Mixing sex of guppies and all. Then I get to the cash register and they would not honor the price. This store sucks. They wasted an hour of my time. I walked out not purchasing anything. I am just going to take my business somewhere else. I recommend you do the same.
June 13 · ChaseThey had a lot of great things, but I didn't get a chance to peruse everything. The one thing that I needed, they didn't have, however, they were willing to work with me. It's been several days now that I'm waiting for the vet to write the prescription I need. Once that's done, Petco will do the rest. Awesome customer service.

Although today I was purchasing clearance items and was sure to match product to displayed price tag, however, the "manager" Cheree was very unpleasant refusing to honor a price that was displayed since it didn't match the price on the bag, unwilling to even consider looking at the clearance price displayed on shelf. Very sad and selfish conduct to a loyal Petco customer. Have a better day Cheree.

My experience with Samantha, the groomer, and the lack of assistance from the manager on duty was one of the worst I’ve encountered to date.I scheduled an 8:00 AM grooming appointment specifically because I had multiple medical appointments later that morning, starting at 10:30 AM. I arrived promptly at 7:55 AM to drop off my dog. From the outset, Samantha was dismissive and unprofessional, immediately complaining about being tired and not usually working Mondays. She also refused to update the vaccine records for my four dogs, despite my recent visit to the vet over the weekend. Her reasoning was that the records weren’t showing as expired in the system, which I find unacceptable.Samantha told me the grooming would be completed in about an hour, so I planned accordingly. However, when I returned at 10:00 AM, not only was my dog not ready, I was told it would take another 30 minutes—putting me in the position of having to cancel a critical medical appointment.When I asked whether I would still be charged an additional fee if my dog had an accident while waiting—given that the delay was entirely on their end—I was told that the policy would still apply and there was nothing she could do. I decided to wait, frustrated, and explained my situation to the store manager when she approached me. Rather than offer meaningful help, she suggested I take my dog home mid-grooming and return on another day, which is not a practical or reasonable solution. When I explained that I am a Vital Care VIP subscriber and expected better service, she simply walked away without acknowledging the issue further.This experience was particularly upsetting because my dog was previously injured at another Petco location due to a groomer's carelessness.
