I took it to the vet in which the vet tech told me it would be $1,000 for procedures because the puppy has a respiratory infection and need to be ruled out for pneumonia and parvovirus. Broken hearted I took the puppy back to the store in which I was met with a very aggressive owner. She tried to snatch the puppy out of my hands once she noticed I was not going to take one of her excuses; maybe she was car sick, our puppies here are very healthy, oh the coughing sickness is a simple procedure to fix. Not the point you sold me a very sick puppy claiming that it was healthy. The puppies are kept in tiny closed area. Uribe and feces everywhere. They don’t even have water to drink they have given them a rodent water bottle. One of the puppies was covered in thick green mucus. This is animal abuse. It needs to be reported to animal control. These people should not be allowed to get away with this abuse
August 19 · nicole malagonThe worst, most atrocious, deplorable, and downright corrupt pet care I have EVER witnessed in my life. Just to name a few issues:Their african gray (arguably the most intelligent bird in the world by the way) is sitting on a tiny perch in the open for anyone to tease, taunt, and feed him garbage (including french fries that I witnessed a child feeding him). The bird has very obvious and untreated fatty liver disease; his beak is deformed, overgrown, and cracking. The bird is visibly shaking in pain. The final image is a comparison of the shape of what an african gray's beak is SUPPOSED to look like. Note the difference in the space between the upper and lower jaw, and the difference in texture.Two amazon parrots in a travel-sized cage that they can barely stand in, both severely overweight from a poor seed diet and no room to exercise, clipped wings and tails, etc.A very obvious front for a puppy mill; overpriced and dirty puppies of 2 or more crammed in tiny cabinets with a glass front like a disgusting display case for toy figures. Rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats, parakeets, ALL in open enclosures for any customer to feed them whatever garbage they have in their hands (like the french fries I witnessed the african gray being fed), or to get bit if they so desire. Very unsafe for animals and humans alike.I can't even begin to describe all of the absolutely appalling things that I see here. There is simply not enough time in the world, I could go on and on forever. With how much more accessible knowledge is to the greater public these days, I am reminded that a lot of these issues can be learned about by a simple google search, and are EXTREMELY BASIC pet care practices. As a pet owner of multiple different species, it saddens me that places like this continue to have a platform as well as the funding to miseducate and mislead people in the world of pet care. This is dangerous at best, and downright deplorable at worst.If you care at all about animals, DO NOT SHOP HERE. This place is dirty, unethical, and unfit to house ANY animal, temporary or otherwise.

I was pressured into accepting a “discount” without being told that it would void the health warranty. Even after that, multiple employees and managers promised me reimbursement for vet bills, only to backtrack and contradict each other later.The communication was inconsistent, unprofessional, and dismissive. One manager said I would be reimbursed if I used their vet, while another denied it. Employees gave me false assurances, and when I followed their instructions, they refused to honor what was promised.Beware of sales from chase, especially Veyda who care separate her home problems and takes it tout on customers. This store prioritizes profit over animal welfare and misleads customers into thinking they are protected when they’re not. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere that truly values the health and well-being of their animals.
September 05 · Janet EsparzaDO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE – Sick Puppy, Rude Staff, and Unsafe ConditionsMy partner and I bought a puppy from this store for over a couple thousand dollars. We were told the puppy was healthy and hypoallergenic/non-shedding. Within hours of bringing her home, we realized something was very wrong. She had severe breathing issues, coughing (likely kennel cough), was vomiting, and couldn't hold any food down. Heartbroken, we rushed her to the vet, where we were quoted over $1,000 in treatment.We had no choice but to return the puppy the very next day. When we arrived, we were greeted by an extremely rude older woman who refused to take any responsibility and instead accused us of lying. Worst of all, she reached over the counter and tried to snatch the puppy out of my partner’s arms without permission—completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.It’s clear that this business does not care for its animals properly. The conditions were poor, the animals are not well cared for, and the customer service is downright hostile. This place should not be selling pets, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to go elsewhere.Animals deserve better. Customers deserve honesty. And no one should go through what we did.
August 19 · milad tehraniThe only good experience here was the worker chase. He was very thorough and could tell he loved the animals.I bought our miniature dachshund 6/13/25. The puppy came home with kennel cough and gave to all of our other dogs and the doctor at friendly pets that “gave them” their vaccines did not sign off on the papers so our vet did not trust anything was given. Do not buy a dog from here the owners do not care about these dogs and you can’t even buy them with the proper documentation.
