I have four cockatiels that I love and Jackie that runs the store always is helpful and goes beyond what's expected of a normal store business owner. I almost feel like she's extended family. I don't trust my birds with anyone except her when I go on vacation and for their grooming. I wish I lived closer to that location so I can spend more money at their store. If you have birds that need attention or if you are considering adopting a bird she is the best person to talk to. Definitely be happy that you found her

Jackie was very friendly and informative about how to set up a cage and all things bird-related: she’s also amazing at handling birds. I live a little further away, but this would be my regular spot if I were in area!
May 07 · Thuy NguyenThere aren’t enough words in my vocabulary to express how grateful we are to Jackie. She diagnosed a problem our cockatiel had while grooming her. Jackie immediately called Dr. Emerson on our behalf and saved our Miss Maxie. Maxie is critical at the moment and Jackie is caring her. We are so blessed to have both Jackie and Dr. Emerson in our life. No matter the outcome, we will always be so grateful for her huge heart and compassion.

Not only that but letting the bird pick you when you are the one that is the human and nine times out of ten the person that adopts proly already had a bird before like me. The parking lot is dead. The owners seem racist with a attiitude. That's proly why the parking lot was empty except my car. If I was a business owner I would be glad to adopt my animals out. They can keep them I went to Friendly Pets and got my Quaker and was glad to deal with them.Thanks for nothing Maw and Paw hillbilly goats

No compassion for people. I will say she does care about the birds but she does not care about people what so ever. Horrible experience. RUN
