September 05 · Cindy RothSimilar to the other newest reviewer on here, I had the same experience of being refused service due to "matting" with a very disrespectful groomer/desk attendant, seems to be a pattern that Petco might want to look into as I see the reviews veering into more dissatisfaction considering other options less device and strange-none of ut travked with logic or sense nor was the attendant willing to provide further explanation ir point to anything specific that could be verifiable-not sure if they were not able to do the task and use this as an excuse or to create an issue at chosen workplace due to a personal life/personality issue they have. Either way, they also refused to address/follow up on this for info. when my husband complained since we had to coordinate alot to get to this location unfortunately because it had the most openings-if they are no longer acceptable to customers , I can see why, compared to other Petcos I have been at closer to home. What's wierder yet is that instead of following up, they blocked access to my account without contacting corporate? Which is how they handle that now, due to the alleged matting of my pet, which the groomer we had to go to instead as a result could not verify or understand and asked why they thought that was the case as it was normal in their experience and had been doing it longer as a private biz I owner vs. A Revolving door for employees likely for paying them poorly/low standards as a result. Beyond strange, ineffective and just sure the strategy there to block an account preventing repeat customers without seeking info to cooroborate what this groomer took the initiative to complain about then report my account for in apparent furth upsetness versus respond to my husbands call to investigate. Reflects very poorly on their services do not recommend you go to this particular location if you go at all. Picture of professional photos I pay for of him he so supposedly mistreated. Big assumption and definitely strange.

It checks all the boxes for a PetCo. I like that they offer delivery on the website, the orders are always packed nicely

I have never met such a helpful and knowledgeable employee at any pet store that went out of their way to help as much as Alan did for me today, It was a warm and genuine experience with him. remarkable employee. He is not only such a sweet and kind helpful person but he is also a great salesman. If I had my own retail store, I would strive and thrive having a team of Alan’s on board. Give this man a raise!
