I’ve had my baby since he was weeks old.. so when the tall lady came and bothered me while I was waiting for him to be finished.. It was a situation the previous day that happened that was already resolved by the manager Sam. I guess the “Groomer leader” wasn’t satisfied then proceeded to say I’m accusing them of hurting my dog and I can’t sit and watch them.. That I’m making them uncomfortable when she literally pulled out a chair for me.. it already took them 4 hours the previous day and I couldn’t wait for another hour like the women said so this was me coming back the next day like we agreed and this was the results. Being Im a trucker I already explained to them this was the only time I could get his hair cut. I’ve never been treated so rudely by Petco being Ive been a customer for years sucks to say I’ll just have to cut my own baby’s hair from now so he’s not treated poorly. As you can see there’s spots that are WAY to close to his skin he has spots on him that I’m actually touching his skin. Even with the shortest length I’ve never seen his hair so short that they took away his natural coat pattern. He’s way to sweet to be treated that way and if they had a problem they would’ve stated that. Instead they tell that was a “rough cut”. I will never go back to Petco.

One box of canned cat food I ordered had the cans thrown into the box with no packing materials for stability so that over half of the cans were badly dented. Another time I received an email that I had Petco money ready to use, but when I tried to use it, it was refused. Finally, this week I had a recurring order that I tried to skip. I thought the instruction had gone through, but several days later I got an email that the order was being processed. I called Petco Customer Service and was told that it was probably too late to stop the order from shipping, but that I would get a refund for the order. I was not told that in order to receive I would have to bring the order to a store. I am disabled and do not have a car. So I will be stuck with the order and no refund. I intend to cancel any future recurring orders and I will not be using Petco online services again. I will be doing all my future pet shopping with Chewy.com. They have great customer service!
