She said no so I went to the groomer who gave me solid advise. The only help I had and I want to go back to tip her. She was amazing. The store was unhelpful and left with nothing for my cat.ETA: Petsmart was wonderful down the street. j/s
August 23 · LisaI have been to this store three times within the last week (kept forgetting something). This store is loaded with everything you need. They carry high-end pet food, Pet Fresh, and many other common brands. Numerous aisles of toys to choose from as well. This is now my go-to place! Employees are also very knowledgeable and helpful!
April 23 · Glenn ReeEvery time I come in I always look for Cory, he helped me when I first came in and has always been working with a smile and making the experience delightful every time since, except for today. Usually he helps me with the dogfood because I can’t carry it all too well, but I couldn’t find him today. Maybe it’s just different workers because of the holiday. If you come here, look for him. I didn’t catch a name but the person who helped me today seemed much more glum. We need more youth with energy like Cory! 4 stars for now because of the gloomy people
July 05 · Staci ShumakerThis was our first experience at the Petco grooming in Rockford, always hesitant to drop my babies off (especially since one of our guys is newly adopted) I always have the guilt leaving them anywhere, however Caycee was amazing!!As soon as i walked in i instantly felt comfortable that my boys were in good hands. She kindly asked what we were wanting done and gave me options without making me feel like i needed to add on every service! You can tell she genuinely cares about your pet which is all one could hope for!! So not only was she amazing with the dogs but she also made them look amazing!! She did exactly what was asked and I’m super happy with the outcome! We will definitely be back!Also you get a punch card with the Petco app which is a nice perk!So happy we stumbled upon Caycee!!
March 14 · Kiersten BlairFirst off all, the cashiers are really nice... the manager too, they apologized for the employee's behavior several times. VETCO is different than Petco. So they cannot do anything about employee's that work for VETCO its separate. Soooo we walk in, our male dog peed ...one of the male employees where you check in your pet for the vet, instantly started raising his voice and repeatedly kept saying "we have a clean up station right here", in a aggravated manner. Of course we are gonna clean up after our animal lol... so anyways we brought our male adult dog for his rabies vaccine... because he is over due, the employee called my husband a irresponsible pet owner because he does not have all his shots up to date, he didn't explain what shots are important or what was needed, my husband got mad because instead of talking and explaining to him what our dog needed.... he was just insulting him, and provoking him to get a reaction, shouting and saying "BYEEEE" I DONT CARE" , he just kept rudely saying "BYEEEE" and snapping his fingers.... he was cocky, full of attiude, and played victim to all his coworkers which is hilarious, I walked back because you know, they all group up and talk about how rude the customer was but not what really caused the reaction!, I told him go ahead down play your part, but you provoked him and me,and he definitely got the reaction he was seeking.....your job is to educate people, NOT belittle or degrade them, nobody is gonna listen to you when you're insulting them lol, they're instantly going to get pissed off. Do better Learn some peopleskills, some people of the LGBTQ community think they are untouchable and can say and do whatever they want based on they're lifestyle. I don't care if your 5'1 and act like a sassy drama queen. Act professional at your work place,Treat people with respect and you'll get the same in return
