One answered and looked in the aisles, as I requested to get help. Afterwards, she gave me an attitude and didn't want to help me further. She said, "I went to the aisles. I don't know what you want me to do!" When, I specifically asked her 3 times to please check on the system for my product. I know she didn't have clients, and didn't want to help me because she said so. She said, "The register is in the front and I am on the aisles. I don't know what you want me to do!" Speaking with an annoyed tone in her voice and taking large pause to avoid of doing anything else. Then, I asked to speak to the store's manager. She kept on hanging up the phone and denied to tell me her personal name at least 6 more times. Then, pretended to be the store's manager by telling me she was the manager and hanged up again.I was trying to avoid driving to all the petco's nearby to get my pet's product; never knowing I was going to be treated this way. I drove to that petco, and arrived to the store. I asked the cashier to let me speak to her manager and told her that she was the one who kept on hanging up. Nathalie didn't deny it. I told the manager about her employee, that she ended up telling me her name right before she hang up after I asked for the store's manager. Therefore, I thought it was Nathalie not Emily.The real manager Irene was able to try to help me with my pet's needs, yet it was a totally uncalled experience with the employee. I never have been in a facility where other employees pretend to be managers. It was an extremely, unpleasant, confusing experience.
March 30 · Diana ThemysciraExtremely disappointed with the grooming services. I’ve been taking my dog to Petco to groom for 10 years. He has a low grade heart murmur that’s never, ever caused any issues. They refused to even clip his nails that were digging into his paw pads because of his LOW GRADE heart murmur that even the vet says it isn’t a big issue at allll. He’s had it since he was born, it’s never grown or caused issues. He’s gone to Petco for 10 years and never had an issue until today. It makes no sense to refuse service to a dog that’s his nails are digging into his paw pads at this location when all the other locations will take him. It’s on his medical record. There’s never been any issues. You need to put it on your website that you will refuse animals ONLY at this location. Had I’d known you don’t take animals with any health issues at this location, I would’ve never ever wasted my time going to such a crappy location.
June 17 · HannahVery unprofessional grooming services. We took our husky there. Looked like very minimal effort was done on him. We took him home and fur was still flying everywhere. When we made a formal complaint, instead of wanting to fix the issue, they banned the entire account. We've always taken are dogs there due to convenience and even leave tips. It's upsetting that this is how customers are treated. You've lost a couple of clients. We will never support petco again and you best believe I will let family and friends know our situation so they don't shop there either.
July 27 · Wendy CortesMy son and I looked at the fishes and noticed one was dead, I went to the front and informed staff, they just said "oh, ok". We continued to look around (we came to get a turtle but there weren't anymore) and circled back to the fish tank about 15 min later and the dead fish was still there. They don't care about these animals not one bit.
