★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had the most horrible experience. I scheduled a vet appointment to update four vaccinations and a gentlemen by the name of Dallas was disrespectful, rude and unprofessional. After disclosing that the vet could not give my dog 4 vaccines at once with no explanation I simply asked the reason and he followed up with a disrespectful response and abruptly canceled my appointment. I’ve never been so unhappy with a vet service in my life.
July 11 · Daniel OrtizONE STAR FOR THE *GROOMING SERVICES* ONLY.I scheduled a bath and haircut appointment for my dog, who has curly hair, and the experience was extremely disappointing. (Our groomer was Marta M.) The groomers at this Petco clearly lacked experience with curly-coated dogs. They gave him a bath, blow-dried him, and then attempted to brush his hair dry — a major grooming mistake for curly breeds, as this can cause discomfort and matting. Not only did they ignore proper grooming techniques, but they also showed me a video of my dog visibly uncomfortable as they tried to brush him dry after giving him a bath. Instead of making adjustments to ease his discomfort or handling him appropriately, they canceled the haircut and still charged me $55 just for the bath. The rest of the store was wonderful, they had accident stations— a wonderful variety of pets and also ice cream for pups at the cashier, which we bought for my dog after not receiving the care we hoped for with the grooming services.
April 14 · Cherlynn BernardoI take my 1 year Bernadoodle here to have his hair cut. His groomer is Edger. He take such great care of Tucker, and Tucker always looks amazing!!
July 20 · Debra KnechtTerrible experience with dog grooming and horrible store manager (Pat), who clearly has zero customer experience training. Have brought 2 Siberian huskies for quite some time, these dogs have the most amazing coats. One came out perfect the other with at least 100 knots in his coat. He was clearly washed before he was brushed. He has never had one knot prior. They then blamed us the owners for bringing him in like that and that we should sedate him next time. Completely outrageous accusations, and a total cover up for their actions. I would not recommend bringing your dogs here, the manager is completely nasty and had to nerve to say "you talked, now you listen to me" in a nasty tone. Why would one of our dogs come out great and the other a complete mess. It’s because the 2 different groomers didn’t do their grooming the same way. One washed the dog before brushing him, which caused all of his hair to get knotted. Then he lied and tried to blame us as if we brushed one dog and leave the other in knots. She offered to credit us back for the one dog's grooming after his beautiful coat was ruined. This dog will now experience torment as dozens of knots need to be removed. How does crediting back the one dog's grooming when it was completely done wrong do any good? The coat of this dog is ruined, he literally was selected to be in a national pet calendar for dogs and now his coat is destroyed.
July 27 · Michael RadostaGreat customer service, I came in with 4 kids to pick out their first pet, and Paula was great. She explained in detail how to take care of the hamster. What to do and what not to do. What the hamster needs and the different treats. She is very nice.
