★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Banfield on 15 th Ave and Bethany truly loves their patients! Thank you for taking good care of my dog! It’s really hard to find people who loves dogs and genuinely take good care of them. I’ve heard lots of horror stories about the places abusing dogs undercover. I am forever grateful for you Bandfield ❤️
August 16 · Breeezz DavisDr. Mason is fantastic — truly caring and attentive. I really appreciate her and think she’s a great vet. The rest of the team is also made up of kind and friendly people, which makes visits more pleasant. That said, the biggest downside to this Banfield location is the wait times. In my experience, they tend to run significantly behind schedule. I made morning drop-off appointments for my two dogs before heading to work and ended up waiting 45 minutes after my appointed time before even being called. It was frustrating, especially since timing was important. It seems like they may be understaffed, but regardless, communication needs improvement. The delays are often brushed off without much explanation or urgency, and while this may be a regular occurrence for them, it’s not great from a customer experience standpoint. A little more transparency and proactive management of the schedule would go a long way.
April 04 · I MThey r located in petsmart. But can help me with my pet i got at petsmart can only help cats and dogs. That seems like they r not a very good place to take ur pet. Maybe they shouldn't be located inside a petsmart. I would give a lower rating cuz my reptile I bought at petsmart isn't doing good and could die. I hung up now point o. Wasting my time with people who can't help
March 21 · Kevin PatonHonestly…what in the world. I took my baby in to get her stool tested. She had a vet visit one month ago right after I rescued her. I was in the room and she didn absolutely amazing. She is not a nervous dog whatsoever. Then I take her to Banfield , they didn’t allow me in the room and came back to tell me my dog needs to be SEDATED next time because they couldn’t get near her. I can’t stress how much of a load of crap that is. If they did it again with me in the room I can guarantee you 100% there would be no issue. The communication was so unprofessional and unhelpful and hurtful. Absolute nonsense honestly
January 27 · AHPI made a first appointment for two of my dogs who are having iching problems. We are traveling and want to make sure they are ok before we go.We made appointments at 4:30 and 5:00 and Banfield called the day before to confirm. We showed up at the office - after work and taking my 95 year old parent to a doctor appointment and guess what - THEY WEREN'T THERE!!!This was an initial appointment where I was going to sign both of them up for one of their very expensive and restrictive annual contracts.HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!
