Banfield shows great concern for my furry baby. I’m able to call and get an emergency appointment any time; the staff calls to check in on your dog after medical appointments, and short stays. The insurance is cost effective and never a financial issue. Banfield is highly recommended for their superior dedication.

if i can give 0 i would i went to get my dog groomed at PetSmart and his private area looked infected two days after i called the vet there to set up a appointment early in the morning. they asked me to send pictures of my pet. I had to call back three times to find out if they reviewed the pictures. I finally called back. They told me upon reviewing the pictures that I should put Neosporin on my dog bruises, And if that does not work, then I should come in. I waited hours just to find out that they can only help me by telling me to put Neosporin on him. They don't care as I told the female that answer the phone . I will never go back to that establishment again. I went to another vet and found out that my little one has an infection and is now on antibiotics. they are the worst if you can do better do better and keep your pets out of this place. We love our pets and if you cant do the same that should not be you profession.

This corporation does not care about your pets. I've been coming to this vet for a while. I think about 3 years, but I'm not exactly sure how long.I called today needing to setup an appt for a minor emergency. I think my cat has an eye infection, he can barely open one eye, is leaking fluids (some as thick as boogers), and is clearly in distress because if it.Banfield told me the soonest they could get me in was February 21st. Corporate mandates that 90% of their visits are drop offs, meaning you have to leave your pet in a cage for 8 hours or they don't care.To be clear the people who work there do, but their hands are tied. This used to be an economical way to get my cats to the vet twice a year, but I'll be canceling and moving to a new vet. I called a different vet right after and despite being a new patient they can get me in tomorrow. That's what you expect when your pet is sick.Banfield is pushing for these drop offs so you don't know what tests they run or how they treat your pet. It's an unethical way of pulling as much money out of your pocket as possible. If someone is willing to drop off their pet for 8 hours they shouldn't have a pet. I'm sure there are some exceptions for people who work, but when you are preventing me from being a good owner you are the problem.They take pictures of my cat and post them on social media everytime I go there. But the second my cat actually needs help they tell me I need to wait a month. What great service!Again the employees are great, but that doesn't help when they work for a company that doesn't care about your pet.

Been calling for several days to make an appointment. Been put on hold for several minutes usually over 30 minutes. Then disconnected. Called back same thing. And last time it was 45 minutes. Hung up.to call back and then no answer, automated system at 5pm. Closing hour at 6pm. Called petsmart to see if they were still there. To get an answer that there is only one person and is overwhelmed with calls and checking out other pets. Been using banfield for over 14 years and it is getting worse....
