★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been thinking of coming here for a while and never did. Yesterday my fur baby passed out, was vomiting and was constantly going to the bathroom. Essentially, I was in a panic. The first vet I thought to call was The Pet Doctor. I called and the woman Jenn was so pleasant on the phone, she told me if I needed to come in they would accommodate me. I'll be honest, I was anxious but she was so patient. I called, booked my appointment - they didn't charge me a "same day fee" like other places, which I really appreciated. I brought my baby girl in and I was met with smiles. The front desk staff were so kind, I was seen a little before my appointment time and met with Dr. Warner. She was so attentive, let me speak, listened to me because I was in a bit of a panic. She really was great. They examined my dog, she made recommendations and I proceeded with everything she suggested. I took my fur baby home with medication she suggested and I believe she will be just fine. I didn't get the feel that they just wanted my money, I believe they genuinely care for the animals they treat. This is my new vet now. I won't be going elsewhere. Thank you guys so much! I really appreciate all the staff, they were all so personable.
July 15 · Teresa FebusThe best veterinarian, everyone in the office is very welcoming and lovely! There is no communication barrier due to language, and my dog peed on the floor. Dr. Britny Thomas is like an angel, helping me solve the problem of my dog's fracture. She is very professional and friendly! She is very patient. If I don't understand something, she will patiently translate and explain it to me! I am really glad to be here! Don't worry if you have any language problems, you don't have to worry or worry when you come here! This will be your best choice!
July 17 · Elana Z⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Pet Doctor of FlushingWonderful veterinary clinic! The staff is caring, professional, and very attentive with pets. They explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable with the care your pet receives. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel at ease. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend The Pet Doctor of Flushing to anyone looking for excellent pet care.
August 29 · Nestor CamarilloThe best doctor in our area!!! Not a corporate entity posing as a vet. After a terrible experience at North Shore Animal Hospital in Bayside, I returned to my original vet. I didn't leave for any other reason than I wanted boarding and vet together. Well, I'll manage. This is a DOCTOR'S office not corporate like North Shore. At the Pet Doctor of Flushing you get to speak to the doctor, and not get denied from it because an office manager is playing doctor like at North Shore. (ie giving prescriptions and not hearing you). Dr. Benson and his staff are kind and empathetic. End result is they heard my concerns, explained things rationally, I left satisfied with the dosage and care for my dog. I'd give 10 stars if I could. This is a veterinary office not a business posing as a veterinarian where corporate decides for your dog and when you make the request to speak to the vet they deny you because the vet is not the boss here. Be careful people. Go to Pet Doctor of Flushing. I'll never leave again. 6
May 06 · Lorraine IwanYou need to change your front desk. As a dog parent I would never want to take him to a place where the receptionist is nasty over the phone. I wanted to schedule an appointment with any doctor that was available but not only was she sighing over the phone, when I asked her questions her tone was "no duh?". Would never trust a place with unprofessional staff. There was another lady that I could hear over the phone and she seemed very informative and helpful. Cancelled appointment.
