★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I made a rookie mistake bringing a bouquet of flowers inside Friday night. To my horror, my precious Scout was on top of my kitchen counter, merrily munching on the tip of a lily. A quick google search and I was rife with shock and dismay. I quickly called Blue Pearl who advised me to call ASPCA poison control. I did as much, and scurried over. Despite being told by poison control that time was of the essence, Blue Pearl was lackadaisical to say the least. While in their room for over 40 minutes, I called IAC who happily took my poison control number and told me to come in promptly. Here, they treated me with the urgency I really needed after realizing how toxic lily flowers are to cats. They had called poison control and were consulting for treatment within 5 minutes of my arrival. I had a great experience overall, even with the stress. The overnight Dr. was amazing in his explanation of best course of action for Scout and I chose to have him hospitalized him for 48 hours. I have Scout with me again now that his kidney levels have leveled off after a spike overnight and will be re-testing him after 24 hours as suggested. Thank you IAC Urgent Vets for your help during such a stressful time.
August 10 · Emily PaigeI’ve actually brought my babies in a few times to this location due to some scares. I know I can count on this location to help support my cats and I during difficult situations.I have not been able to write a thorough review until today. My most recent walk in was actually today for my baby Arthur who had tummy issues. Our vet tech Mathew was wonderful in bed side manner and supporting our baby with his diarrhea. Our vet , Dr.Lemp, was also very thorough at explaining what may have caused the diarrhea and walked me through the best next steps in my baby’s care.During my last visit, I witnessed Dr. Shevaun Johnson run to help a kitten in critical need and carried/rushed a dog to the back for immediate attention. This level of care and commitment to pet care is incredibly reassuring.Unfortunately, any vet, urgent care or emergency care will be expensive. But, I believe it is worth it here. I trust and recommend this location.
August 16 · Estela C.First time walk in with my senior cat that had a bad tooth. Staff was friendly and the doc was great. My cat resolved part of his problem on his own as he wound up knocking his own tooth out with his paw on the exam table! We had a good laugh. Staff was really great. Ill be going there from now on.
September 04 · Mandy VillalbaI can’t recommend IAC Urgent Vets highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt reassured by how professional and compassionate the entire team was. They’re incredibly thorough when it comes to answering questions—no concern is too small, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. I especially appreciated how they went over the treatment estimates line by line, making sure I understood the purpose and reasoning behind each item. It never felt rushed or transactional; you can tell they genuinely care about their work and the animals they treat.Their convenient location made it easy to get help when I needed it most, and the entire visit—from check-in to follow-up—was handled with care and transparency. If you ever find yourself in need of urgent veterinary care, IAC is absolutely a place you can trust.
July 06 · Jennii BlazeI visited this vet clinic last night after my dog, Bobby, was attacked by another dog, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. The doctor and the technicians were all very helpful and respectful throughout the entire visit. The wait time wasn’t too long, and the doctor took the time to explain each procedure my dog needed, which really helped ease my worries.I really appreciate that they give you the prices upfront, so there are no surprises. The clinic has a very welcoming environment, and I felt that my dog was in good hands from start to finish.Again thank you to the doctor and the staff that helped us!
