Our dog is a little medically challenged, so we knew finding a great vet when we moved out here was key. Scottsdale Animal Healthcare has so many 5 star reviews for a reason!Everyone we've interacted with here has been so incredibly nice. From receptionists on the phone, to techs and vets that have helped us and our dog, everyone is SO kind, positive, friendly, and helpful.This staff goes out of their way to get you in if your pet is in need of a fast appointment due to an injury or illness. They are incredibly responsive on the phone or over email, and when we come in for our appointments, they are so efficient and we rarely have to wait! The staff is so knowledgable, but also does a great job of hearing us out and answering our (many) questions, without making us feel like we're annoying them.Our dog has some behavior needs and the staff is so accommodating. They've never made us feel embarrassed or like our dog is "scary" or "bad" (simply because our dog is very protective of us and also hates going to the vet - a difficult combo). They do such a great job to make our dog feel the least stressed that she can be.Overall, HIGHLY recommend Scottsdale Animal Healthcare if you're looking for a regular vet. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and we've never had an issue getting an appointment in a timely manner. Our favorite vet office so far!

Can’t say enough about the incredible team at Scottsdale Animal Healthcare. We needed to establish vet care for our 12 ½-year-old lab, Cash, after recently moving to Phoenix for the summer. Just two days after scheduling our initial appointment, Cash tore up one of her paw pads while running around the pool deck.
