★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I joined Banfield because we have lived in a lot of cities in the United States and my dogs records just follow us, but, that is not the only reason.Every visit to Banfield has been awesome. The staff and vets have always been very though, thoughtful and caring. I recommend Banfield to a lot of people because of my good experiences.
July 26 · Trenton BabsWould not recommend! I took my puppy here for his first set of shots and I specifically told the young lady I wanted to be in the room to which she said okay and that she was just taking him to the back to weigh him. She in fact gave him shots and claim she forgot when the conversation was literally minutes ago. Apparently they do what they want with your animal. Not professional
April 30 · Atlana HI thought going on the Banfield plan would help keep tabs on the health of my Charlie as he is in his senior years... I was WRONG! I was concerned with his declining health and expressed this to my vet tech and to the vet on duty at his appointment! His weigh, his bowels, his appetite, he was limping and his demeanor were all off. He yelped, stopping doing everything he loved. At my appt. I asked for a scan. The vet examined him & talked me down saying she didn't think it was needed. I wanted to pay for a scan for reassurance he was positively okay. 2 weeks being put on galliprant and gabapentin I took him for a SECOND OPINION. He was rushed to Northstar, went in with emerging status. With the scan they discovered he had: Pneumonia, fluid in his stomach and lungs, heart murmur, and had masses in his lungs. We went home with lots of drugs and a very sick dog that did not recover.NEVER walk away without demanding what you want!! I feel empty, violated and very untrusting of this practice. To boot it COST me to cancel the policy after my Charlie died. My heart is broken, I cannot stop crying. I do not want any pet parent to go through this!! BTW....I have never heard back from Banfield....no condolences or acknowledgment that Charlie passed.
August 13 · jenny mayerI had the BEST experience with my dog here. I have a golden retriever and they always butcher his haircut. But Maria did a phenomenal job! She was so patient and gave him the best cut he has ever had! You can tell she loves what she does! Thank you!
May 12 · Melissa CrespoThe Hamilton location offers excellent customer service. Ashley at the front desk not only accommodated me despite my late arrival but was also very helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Kotb was exceptional. Her genuine love for animals was evident in her interactions with both the pets and their owners. I would give the Hamilton location a 5-star rating.
