★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1In one year of treatment at Banfield, my cat never saw the same doctor twice, even though I tried, in 5 visits. The doctors are incompetent and only want to sell tests and medicines, even when unnecessary or already completed.PLEASE...if you CARE for your pets, take them to real veterinarians. These people could not be hired by an existing vet. One old man, an old lady who didn't speak English. Girls just out of vet school with no other experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PET'S HEALTH or YOUR MONEY!NO STARS.
August 26 · Dwight FryBanfield hospital is usually located inside petsmart. It would be nice to have the hospital sign right below petsmart, not right next to the building where it seems like to be a different building by itself. Otherwise, the location/environment is up to par with cleanliness and has a good vibe too.I had a scheduled appointment for my cat and was seen reasonably in decent time. The technician/front desk person was working hard to answer the phone calls, have the owner's pet checked in, answer their questions, explain the treatment plan and pricing, and among other things. It would be nice to have the establishment have two techs working the front desk as to not overwhelm him/her with all that's happening up front. When I checked in my pet. The techs and nurses were REALLY great. They answered my questions, were nice and always smiling. After an estimate of 5-10 mins, the vet/doctor came out and explained to me her assessment findings, differential diagnosis, and treatment plan. She explained it in layman's terms which is always appreciated and had great patient/client communication skills. After that, they did what they do best and gave me an estimated time when they'd call back to pick up my pet. From there, the usual discharge instructions were given in an efficient and kind manner.Overall, it was a great experience.
January 27 · David Keith CaneteBanfield was very good to our dogs. Check in was fast as was check out. Having there insurance saved us over a thousand dollars. It is really worth having.
June 25 · Scott LarsonThey have been great to my dogs and were very good with my large, sweet, but stranger reactive guardian dog when it came time for her to get fixed. I appreciate the staff’s understanding of the animals they treat and especially their patience. A picture of the girls in their “Banfield” bandannas in appreciation ❤️
July 17 · Jennifer BelleroseMy sweet Giacomo “Mo” Jeter has always received excellent care from my Banfield in The Colonies in Upland. The doctors are well trained in all aspects of what care he needs and always listen to my concerns and will answer all questions.. The check-in process is efficient, the support staff are ALL kind, compassionate and knowledgable and very gentle with my sweet boy.. They helped me through the passing of my sweet Jeterbug so when I finally go a new puppy I NEVER hesitated to bring him to the same location. When I bring my sweet Mo in for a visit they are all very attentive to him and me. I have been with this location for years.I adamantly give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
