★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have 4 dogs and 2 cats and we take them all here. The staff is amazing and Dr.smith is top notch. She knows all our animals and is amazing. We have had to put down two of our cats in the past and they have a nice comfy room there to send your fur babies over the rainbow bridge. I cannot say enough how wonderful this place is.
June 21 · Jessica ThorogoodDr Smith and her team at Rancho West were incredibly kind and patient as they supported us in saying goodbye to our beloved family member. They explained the process, let us take our time and made our family and sweet pup as comfortable as can be given the circumstance. If you need a well-informed medical team for your animal's care we highly recommend Rancho West.
August 24 · Becky Faubion ChauI went online to try and book an appointment, which there website showed available appointments for the next day 07/25/25, but I decided to call to see if they had any same day appointments as my pet had been showing symptoms for about a week . I was told by the receptionist that the next available appointment wasn’t till the 08/19/25. I was shocked that she didn’t even bother to ask me, the reason for the appointment before letting me know what was available. When I told her that their website indicate the opposite, she told me not to go by the site as those appointment do not reflect their actual availability. Why have the option to book an appointment online if it doesn’t reflect the schedule!!!!!! It doesn’t make sense!!!!!This just makes it seem that all you care about is making money. Also, the recipient needs to learn to triage!!!!! And not automatically assume that everyone that calls needs a routine exam.If the online booking doesn’t reflect the actual schedule, then remove it. Why have some book an appointment and take the day off from work or have them show up on the day they booked the appointment to tell them “ oh sorry but that appointment wasn’t accurate, we are going to have to reschedule for 2-3 weeks out”This is by far the worst front desk experience! And I was referred here.
July 25 · Missy SalazarI’ve been coming to Rancho West for a little over 2 years. Everyone is great, from the front desk, to the techs. Most know my pets by name which I love. Dr. Stiles, Dr. Smith Dr. Wallace are all amazing, you can't go wrong with any of them. Office is very clean and comfortable. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would ! Thank you for all you do !
December 11 · Tricia EllikerA few months ago the staff at Rancho West Animal Hospital, specifically Dr. Stiles, was recommended by my local animal clinic to treat my partners dog. After our initial visit, I could see why. The staff here are top notch, very polite and professional. And Dr. Stiles is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. In Jan 2022 my own senior pup, Kiba, was suddenly very sick by an unknown illness. I was able to see Dr. Stiles within days, and she broke the very difficult news that he had an aggressive form of cancer. With Dr. Stiles knowledge, we were able to make my pup comfortable and he came home with me. The medicine helped him tremendously! He was active again, eating more and even his usual vocal and playful self. I was able to enjoy 6 more beautiful weeks with him, more time than I thought we had until he took a turn for the worse. I brought him back to see Dr. Stiles and his condition had worsened despite how hard he fought for me. And on 3/11 my beautiful pup crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by the family that loves him.So thank you to the staff and to Dr. Stiles at Rancho West Animal Hospital. For taking care of my Kiba, and for the beautiful card I received in the mail a couple weeks later. My family and I appreciate everything you did for him, and for me.
