★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve been taking all three of my cats here for years. Everyone there truly goes above and beyond for my babies. The Vets are fantastic, and the techs light up when they see my kitties! They treat you like family, and have diagnosed and treated my one cat with her Hyperthyroidism beautifully over the years. I am truly so grateful for the care they give, they will always be my go to Vet!
August 25 · Alexa Rose KeyworthWe were referred to this vet when our former vet retired and we completely understand why he referred them. Our senior dog was only a patient for a year with them, but they made us feel like he was a patient his entire life. I initially scheduled a regular checkup, but we noticed that he wasn't feeling well about a week beforehand. They were very accommodating and able to see him the same day I called and described what was going on.Everyone at the office is compassionate and accommodating. Dr. Jones sprung into action once seeing him and gave us a clear plan. She was able to get him in the next day for an ultrasound and pushed to get the blood test results as soon as the lab had them available. When he was in and waiting for the ultrasound, she saw some concerning things and did additional tests and treatments to try and get him on the right path.We received frequent updates, felt very supported and cared for and knew that he was in the right hands. We were still waiting on test results on a day Dr. Jones was out and she took great care to make sure that the vet covering for her knew exactly what was going on with him and we kept receiving frequent updates from her as well. They even asked us to keep them updated on his condition and held our hands at every step giving a clear and realistic picture of what was going on with him. When we called to give an update that was not good, they prescribed an additional medication to try to make him more comfortable. Even though the office was closing soon when we decided to try something else, Mikey at the front desk said that they would be able to wait a few minutes for me to get there to pick it up.They were supportive, compassionate and communicative every step of the way and if our hearts ever have space for another fur baby in the future, we will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a vet in the area.
