August 18 · kristen colelliDr Holly when above and beyond in caring for our little Schnoodle. We were blessed she was available and accepted us in an emergency last weekend. Currently we are working on fill up care under her guidance. Her kindness, compassion , skills and knowledge are amazing. She was so gentle with David. His diagnosis was explained clearly. X-rays were available along with an example of what healthy views should look like. We felt like David was her one and only concern. The staff was helpful, efficient and like Dr Holly gentle and caring. As we move forward with a specialist, I am confident with her referral. Once we get this issue taken care of we will be back to Page Animal Hospital. We had another veterinarian who wasn’t available during our emergency. My husband and I are both very pleased that Dr Holly will accept David to her practice. No complaints with prior veterinarian. This is just a much better match for our little guy.
August 09 · NANCY PERFETTOOnly the best veterinary experience we've ever had. We live 30 minutes away and don't care one bit. Dr. Holly and staff have become like family! Their level of professionalism, compassion, and skills are unmatched. To say we love them is an understatement. Don't go anywhere else, you've found your vet!
August 12 · Phil R.I trust and rely on all the Drs, Having been my animals' vet for over 30 years. I do have an issue with their business methods and policies that will ultimately cost them dearly. Yes, their prices are a bit higher but I feel worth the few extra dollars. Issues, Their business methods are mid 20th century. Their billing system has difficulty in separating out into two invoices if you bring in 2 animals at the same time for treatment.1.They claim to send reminders for vaccines but somehow never received them. ( They also claimed to have called and left a message. If it was on the home number that they were told not to use they got a fax machine. ).2. They seem to have a problem with suppling prescriptions to outside sources. They force you to pick up a written one if you want to use a service like Chewy to fill meds. Are they Vets, or Pharmacists?3. e-mail is a mystery to them although I've mentioned it to the Drs. many times. My personal physician(s) maintain e mail service through their offices for simple questions, help in renewing a prescription etc. The push back is they would be inundated with constant e mails from their clientele. No, not really; 99 % of your patients have too much going on and it is an option to reply. For the tone deaf that do abuse the system, there are professional ways of dealing with it and the companies that set up systems that address the "obsessive client" in a businesslike manner without losing them.. Having to make a personal visit to have a simple question or issue addressed can be a problem. As Dr. Schroll and Spacino decrease their presence in the business and Drs Holly Schroll and Steven Mercurio increase and ultimately assume the business, there needs to be a serious rethinking of methods that streamline and make vet services easier for patient and provider. It would be a shame to lose Park Animal Hospital because it refused to adopt modern technology for enhancing their services
June 26 · Martin PerryI can’t say enough about the care the Doctors and Staff have given to our family. Our year and half Labradoodle Shea was admitted on Friday with an intestinal blockage. Her condition was touch and go Friday night to a point we didn’t think she would make it. On.Saturday the Doctors were able to conduct a successful surgery. We can’t thank them enough with the care and support they provide.
