Value Pet Vet Reviews
I took my cat here to get spayed on 8/27. I dropped her off at 8:15 AM and was expecting to hear back from the office by 2 PM to pick her up as the pickup instructions stated. However, when I dropped off my cat the receptionist said she would be ready by 1 PM and that they would give me a call when she was ready. Because I do not live in the area almost an hour away, I planned to wait in my car for the call. When 1 PM came around and I didn’t receive a call, I started to get nervous, however I waited until 2 PM since the pickup instructions said most cats would by ready by 2 and needed to be picked up by then or 3:30 the latest with special accommodations, if not they would hold them and charge me a boarding fee. I decided to go into the office at 2:30 because they still didnt give me a call, I was waiting for hours in my car, worried about my cat. When I walked in and spoke to the receptionist (different than the morning drop off one) I asked her if they had any status about my cat because I haven’t heard anything. She said they called me at 11 AM and that I never answered. I was very upset by this because I never received any call or voicemail and I was waiting over three extra hours for my cat. I even went to show her myphone call log because there was no call or message from them at all. The only thing she could say to me was that it was weird. I explained to her that I was very upset about the situation since I was waiting for their call and I was right there in the area and could have taken home my cat three hours earlier. If I didn’t show up at 2:30 asking for an update, they still weren’t going to call me, probably a scam hoping customers leave their animals there past the pickup time so they can charge boarding fees. If I “missed” a call at 11 AM they should have attempted to call me again at somepoint within those three and a half hours. I asked the general manager to look into the situation for me because I would like to know if they actually ever called me or if someone didn’t do their job and lied to me about it to cover themselves. I was supposed to receive a call back from the general manager after she looked into this and I didn’t. I called the office on 8/28, they didn’t answer so I left a message. I am still waiting for a call back and really am just trying to get clarity on the situation. I believe they know they messed up and are now avoiding holding themselves accountable. Totally unprofessional and irresponsible.
August 29 · Shianne PazienzaBrought our rescue here to be fixed. They did an absolute wonderful job. The morning receptionist i found a little stern blunt verging on like we were a bother, however my girl was taken back by a wonderful tech vet lady who was all smiles and understood when i asked her to give my girl her toy after she woke up. In our a great breakdown of costs on a receipt. Clean mostly friendly staff interactions. To the long haired tech that took my girl back thanks for easing my nerves.
July 29 · Tab DarrowI came here with my friend who brought her puppy for the first time. We waited for over an hour to be seen, and the appointment took all of 10 minutes. The veterinarian was nice, (he never cut the puppy's nails or even looked at them) never checked his knees or looked at his bite. I took it upon myself to do his nails while we were waiting in a room for the doctor to make an appearance. Their prices are reasonable, and I appreciate the fact that the vet wasn't trying to do the most for the pups first vet visit.
June 16 · Nica MateoExcellent service for getting my cat neutered, chipped and nails clipped. Everyone was extremely friendly and thorough. Explained in detail the costs and procedures offered and needed. They didn’t try to sell you things you didn’t need. All of the customers were in the waiting room were super friendly, even their owners LOL!
