★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Terrible store and do not go here if you want to do the dog training. I signed up a while ago to have my puppy do training there and the first session went okay. I had signed up to do trainings on Sundays at 6 pm (mind you this time was listed as a sign up time on their website). The trainer ended up canceling the 2nd and 3rd week (two weeks in a row due to personal reasons) which is fine I get it. However, on the 4th week when we were supposed to resume, the trainer called and asked to move the time to 3pm on Sundays instead of 6pm. That time did not work for me or my fiance so at that point I asked her to cancel and give me my money back. She then agreed over the phone and told me I could come in to process the return. So a few days later I get there to do the return and when the trainer spotted me she immediately got annoyed and rolled her eyes (not sure why when she told me to come in?). Then at the register so gave me an attitude the entire time and tried to say I couldn’t get my money back because I waited a week to come in and do the return. So I said well I need my money back because you never provided the 6 sessions which I paid for. So you HAVE to to give my money back. She then went to get a manager and he came out and did not greet me at all and just did the return. He could’ve said hi to me or tried to talk about the issue but he ignored me completely. I got my money and never went back to that store again because that was terrible customer service, rude, and they acted like scammers. Never sign up for training classes here. How can she get mad at me for wanting my money back and tell me to come in after she canceled three times and tried to change the time? Just be honest up front if you can’t provide the training.
August 04 · Jazzy AJust got to Petsmart. It’s cleaner, cheaper by A LOT, and employees aren’t just texting instead of checking you out. Floors are clear of fluids / areas that may cause a bad fall.I was told there’s pee all over the store. I slipped on the pee and looked to informed the ONLY employee I seen around the store. I didn’t want anyone else to SLIP and HURT themselves…. On PEE that could make someone get seriously injured. I guess it’s just a job for people. I’m just taken back at the fact it’s OKAY to have urine all over the floor and be OKAY with people slipping and falling because someone doesn’t want to clean it up. I bet the pee is still there. I was only told sorry for the “texting” because they were looking for their coworker… so I had to wait to check out anyways…. Not a big deal just like the fact me slipping isn’t a big deal either. This is my first and last time going there. Im very disappointed and hurt. The store is just NOT up to par. Please do better.
February 26 · Kimberly VazquezWendy, in the grooming area is awesome! I walked in for the first time with my 1 yr Golden retriever, Watson, to get his nails trimmed. I was nervous because he does not let me do them. I have had 6 Goldens and he is the first one to not let me do them. She was super kind to him, he was a good boy. She definitely has a great comforting connection with pups. She accommodated me immediately. This was our first visit so she took the time to gather my puppies information, and was thorough. Checking out at the register was great as well. The gentleman gave my pup a cookie, and one for me too! He was very nice. Had a great customer service experience and will be back!
