I asked for 4 she asked about my tank and only could sell me 2 , then if I had other fish and I saw 4 guppies and she told me no. So I put all my stuff back and walked out. I'll be buying them from Amazon now. I'm not a dummy I've had fish most my life. Won't be back.Edit- Petsmart helped me! Jeffrey is very happy.
July 31 · Debra StarkDO NOT COME HERE!!... 0 stars. This store location has proved more times than I can count that it is filled with bad attitudes and misinformation. I tell myself its an individual experience.. but how many times do i give them the benefit of the doubt? Some of their information is deadly wrong and unnecessary like when they tried to get me to purchase a second male chameleon to add with my already existing male chameleon...Instead of buying a frog that I already had a setup enclosure for. Like why? They believe their opinions are facts. They believe they know more than you. IF YOU CHALLENGE THEIR KNOWLEDGE THEY REFUSE YOU SERVICE..And on top of that.. It's a hunt to find someone to help you and an ordeal when they do. Always expect to be there 30 minutes or longer if you need assistance, ALWAYS. The crickets are half the size compared to everywhere else and they always give you dead ones in the bag which spreads parasites making your crickets die faster. The birds are kept overstocked and fight. The tarantulas were kept in the wrong humidity. The store is uncleanmore than it's clean and its need of repair. Don't waste your time with this location. TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION, I'd make some serious changes sooner rather than later. DO NOT PICK CONVENIENCE, DRIVE THE EXTRA MILE TO GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
August 05 · Laura FargoDo not purchase food from here. 2 bags were infested with moths. I went for a refund and they opened 2 more bags in front of me and both had the moth eggs and webbing inside. The employees were wonderful and it seems this is beyond their control. I was told this has been an issue for 6 months. Why are they still selling the food knowing it is infested? I will NEVER shop here again.

First off, I have done thorough research and everything she said was wrong. Then she refused to sell me fish based upon her personal opinions (not facts) and told me to never return to the store. She used fowl language and was very aggressive. Totally not appropriate!
