Over 3 hours passed with no update, so I called—no answer. I eventually returned to the store and asked for an update, only to be told my dog had just been washed and was under a vent to dry because he “didn’t do well with the blow dryer.” That was surprising—my dog has been groomed regularly for five years and has never had an issue with a blow dryer.By this point, it was 6 PM and they hadn’t even started cutting his hair. I didn’t want to wait all evening, so I told them I was taking my dog home. I was handed a $49 bill for a "bath and brush"—services that were either done poorly or not at all. After expressing my concerns, they offered a 10% discount.Before I left, the groomer said I could bring him back the next day and she’d “try to make room” to groom him. I declined. But when I came back to pick him up, the groomer had already started cutting his hair—something I explicitly said I didn’t want. She said, “I won’t charge you for it.” I should hope not.Worse, I don’t believe he was even offered water during those 3+ hours. He drank an entire bowl as soon as I got him. His "groom" was a 5-minute uneven trim with no brushing—yet I was still charged $49 for a bath and brush. He's shedding worse now than when I brought him in.Save yourself the frustration and find a groomer who values your time, money, and your pet’s well-being. This place clearly does not.

Gave me great information on the vital care premier program and the loyalty program I was already signed up for. I wasn't aware of the differnce and not aware of the potential savings I could have been earning. The "sales pitch" on vital care program was great. Not too pushy, solid info, gave me her own opinion on it, and then respected my decision to think on my own time. Really just felt like a helpful hint from someone looking out! Also helped me with info on my rewards account. All within a 2min conversation or less! I don't typically leave reviews a lot of places, but I felt good and even relieved (about my loyalty account) after our interaction! Thank you Dana! 🐾
July 12 · AudreyBig store with plenty of stuff for pets. I have 2 cats so I love the cat section. I really appreciate how they have pre built cat trees that you can just pick out and take with you without having to personally assemble them. Reasonable pricing as well.

I was in crisis mode after my dog and I walked through a tick nest during a hike. She knew way more than my vet did about what kind of ticks they were (they were tiny seed ticks and I had never dealt with these) as well as helped me more than my vet. She helped me find everything I needed for my dog and my home and was so kind and knowledgeable. 10 out of 5 stars for her! Give this woman a raise!
