From reception to checking out, we were treated like family. Great people in the Mobile Vet Group! Our two kitties were mellow throughout the production. ( The pheromone towel was a hit!) We highly recommend taking your pets to Petco! We sure will.

But i think its wrong that these amimals are dying and sick because they dont get proficient care from the workers.

Instead of checking or asking a manager, the associate gave a flat-out “no” without making any effort to verify the information.I went back to my car, pulled up the Petco website, and confirmed that the promotion was valid at all stores. I returned and asked to speak to the manager, who was short, dismissive, and offered no resolution or acknowledgment of the issue. He seemed completely uninterested in helping or hearing out a paying customer.To make matters worse, the dog food they were trying to sell me was in a bag that was ripped open at the bottom and taped up. That’s a contamination risk and absolutely unacceptable for pet food. No responsible store should be putting compromised products like that on the shelf.I will not be returning to this location. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and disregard for safety standards are beyond disappointing. I’ll gladly spend my money at PetSmart instead—at least they treat their customers with basic respect and take product quality seriously.Petco corporate: I strongly urge you to investigate this store’s management and staff. You are losing loyal customers because of employees who clearly don’t care to do their jobs.
