★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took my German shepherd in for a bath with Selena and she did amazing with him and took her time for him to adjust, he is not a fan of the salon, will be back. She manage to get him to let her do his nails is how much she trusted her, he won’t let me do it myself. Glad she was able to do it. Will be back
August 20 · Kevin BarredaStaff refused to honor listed pricing. Showed staff that 10+ of the exact item were listed with said pricing, continued to disregard listed pricing.Sunday August 17 @ 6:15p
August 17 · Connor CallosAbsolutely disgusting and shameful neglect of live animals at this establishment. Ball pythons that don’t even have enough room to fully stretch out. BURROWING spiders without enough substrate to burrow in. There were also multiple budgies plucking out their own feathers to the point where there are feathers floating around their enclosures, and a cockatiel exhibiting zoochosis symptoms (compulsive, repetitive behaviors; specifically pacing around in this case). Not the fault of the employees but 1000% the fault of corporate. Shame on you, Petco. You have the funds to do better for your animals, and the obligation to if you are going to go through the trouble of carrying live animals. Please.
August 24 · Ari PThe people for the shots are horrible. There was a young girl there with black/brown hair and I was telling her I’ve gotten my puppies first shots and everything and that he just needs his second round. She told me that I couldn’t get them and said that I could only get one shot and that’s it? Like why couldn’t I get his second shots?? Pathetic that’s how she seemed with her attitude. We were there at 3:30 pm if you want to check cameras to see who she was.
June 07 · FaithUnacceptable experience at Camarillo PETCO.I showed up for my dog’s grooming appointment with a receipt showing his rabies vaccination. The groomer—Liz—was rude from the second I walked in. She snapped, “Get your dog off MY counter,” as I tried to pull up the information she asked for on my phone. Her attitude was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. She then refused the appointment because I didn’t have the physical certificate—even though I had proof of the vaccine. I’ve dealt with Liz before, and this kind of attitude isn’t new. She’s consistently rude, cold, and clearly not interested in working with people or their pets.Unlike Liz, my time isn’t paid for—and she made it clear she couldn’t care less. I will never use Camarillo PETCO grooming again. If you care about respectful service and being treated like a paying customer, book elsewhere or ask for someone else. Liz is the worst. Yes I made it personal because it felt REALLY personal….
