★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Got our sweet puppy from here and she has been the best! The two girls who helped us with her were so genuine and kind. They really helped us with all our questions. I felt better knowing these puppies come from reputable breeders and I would definitely recommend them. They gave us some freebies with our purchase (food, toys, drops, etc) as well. Thank you all so much :)
June 20 · Nour AzouqaI walked into this store with my boyfriend, and the first thing we noticed was the unpleasant smell—it didn’t feel clean. We were just calmly walking around, looking at the puppies. We were the only customers in the store, besides the two women working at the front. We had made an appointment specifically to see the French bulldogs we saw online. When we finally asked if we could play with them, we immediately stated our age (we’re both 18, which is the required age), and even offered to show our IDs.Instead of welcoming us, one of the ladies responded in a slightly rude tone saying we couldn’t play with the Frenchies unless we were planning to purchase and were “serious buyers.” That was never mentioned when we booked the appointment online, and it’s definitely not how we’ve been treated in the past—we’ve visited before and even played with other dogs without issue. It felt like we were being judged just because we’re young, and the whole experience was disappointing. I actually have a dog from this store, but after this, I won’t be supporting this business again. If the rules have changed, they should update their website—and treat customers with more respect.
August 08 · Amanda GreenfieldI was just in the "Puppy City" and I was petting a puppy with no signs stating not to pet the puppy in a puppy pen and a clerk stated I cannot put my hands in the open pen and I said there is nothing that states it in/on the pen and she immediately went to get a manager and the manager was in a defensive mode and told me to leave the store or she will call the police .Why don't they want us to touch the puppies they are trying to sell in an open pen if they are that sickly, they should not be selling sickly animals, are these puppies' immune system that weak that a prospective buyer can't even touch them without compromising the puppy's health.I have filed a report to have them investigated in why they are so aggressive & abusive towards their customer over sticking their hand in an open pen. I will file a complaint to the Federal Commission and send them the video tape of how derogatory they were to me.

September 29 · Jazmyne RogersThis is the WORST puppy store I’ve ever been in. When you walk in the door, the stench of dog urine and poop overwhelmes you. The staff sucks. They are very impolite, especially the lady who said she was the manager. There prices are way overpriced. Go to a private breeder, please! Of course the owner justified the smell. Saying it’s a pet store, it smells like this. I’ve been in a lot of other pet stores. None of them smelled like that. The owner will not work with you in any way shape or form. 🤦♀️Very bad business ethics. He does not care if you leave unhappy. 😞 Please stay away from this shop.
