★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Be advised do not come here. I came 30 min early to get my puppy his vaccines with an appointment. I waited and they were closed. No cancelation call. I was told they fo this often. They lost my business.
August 24 · Luz NunezGreat experience! The team took such great care of my fur babies. Angel was kind, professional and very helpful.
June 05 · Kaitlyn Schei-ChildsI use Banfield in Texas where I reside. Visiting here & had to take my dog in. I was very pleased with the care he received. The staff was very friendly and professional and the vet called me and gave a very thorough report. I wish my Banfield at home was as good. A little far for me to drive to this one, but I would highly recommend any locals to try it!
December 07 · Carole BarnettStaff are consistently kind, helpful & caring. They go above & beyond to assist owners and pets.
June 21 · Holly GomezI am so disappointed in Banfield. I have been bringing my pets for 9 years. During Covid, the appointments became drop off. I made an appointment for comprehensive exams for each of my dogs and they were rescheduled to accommodate something with the vet. At my rescheduled appointment, I arrived at 2:10 for a 2:15 appointment. I went into a room at 2:25. I then waited without anyone giving me an update until 3:05 at which time I stepped out and requested an update. I was told the vet and assistant were with a pet and would be 10-15 minutes. The vet came in at 3;30. I think this location is understaffed. They could have let me know why it was taking and how long. Drop off is not convenient but this waiting is worse. I get that there sick pets in the back but we also matter. I have the full coverage plan that also has dental. It has never been this bad. I do like the vet, assistant and front desk staff, however the protocol needs to be addressed.
