★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely outraged with this new company, my pets needed there rabies shots and the clinic managed to mess everything up. Attempted to do a walk in and was told thery were unavailable and recommended to call or use their website to set up an appointment . Set up two appointments , go in on the day of , and we were told they couldn’t attend them. Unless the employees weren’t capable of doing there job I don’t understand why the appointment were rescheduled. They confirmed the appointment were scheduled, and yet my pets weren’t seen.
June 27 · Leila RamMy go to place for vet care for a reasonably quick appt. Nice people. They move fast and work hard. I like that they let you know all your options.BUT! They seem to be starting to push for more additional services and now some things are just added to the basic service costs. I think they may been taken over by a corporation. $800 to get a 15 lb dog spayed and shots. They not the highest (but still exorbitant) their prices have doubled. Hence the recently reduced stars. What you going to do? Have to get care for the fur babies and they know you don't have a lot of options around here so don't expect prices to go down or even stabilize any time soon.
January 28 · LFall of the times I’ve been here have gone well overall, but today’s experience with one of the front desk techs has impelled me to not include five stars. There is no need to make people feel stupid when they’re asking honest questions about their pet, I understand when it’s called for but in this case it wasn’t necessary in the slightest.. and to followed by complete awkward silence leaving me to wonder if my dog and I are all set to go. I appreciate all of the work and dedication everyone here gives to the animals of Moreno Valley.. but to the person at the front desk, when you’re being mean to the owner, you’re being mean to the animal too, and this is who you were being mean to … thank you have a great day
October 22 · Miguel Del AngelI'm hurt for the fact that I been coming here for years I set my appointment for my pup to get her rabies shot for $13 dollers great price but I drove from perris so that's extra gas and my truck is not nice well I get there just for them to tell me that she has to get an exam first before getting the shot okay how much is that $55 so that makes it $68 I'm like well I came only for the shot so that's the amount I have she's like well we can't set the appointment today so u could leave a 25 deposit now n then pay on the set date. I'm like we have to talk to her dad cus I feel this is just a way to get more money out of people because u know my dog is in good health and she dnt need no exam but van buren shelter charge only $10 and they are great
