Something must be going on with Banfield. My appointment in Rancho yesterday was cancelled without warning, and I wrote a review and contacted corporate YESTERDAY for this. We have a Banfield account and pay a couple thousand yearly for our two dogs’ plans.I made an online appointment for today at Chino since they had openings. I load up the doggie and drive half an hour only to be met with a sign on the door that THEY’RE CLOSED. SAME ISH AS YESTERDAY at a different location. This sort of nonsense, two days in a row at two separate locations, is unacceptable.Sigh, off i go to write my second email to “Banfield cares” in 24 hours.

My rescue cat of 8 years old was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Pancreatitis, and liver disfunction. Dr. Klassen was able to detect it and provide the proper education to me to make the best decision for my cat, Cali. Within 1 month of care, Cali's diabetes went into remission. 1 year later, Cali is as healthy as she has ever been. I owe it to the Chino Banfield staff for saving Cali's life.
