★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Been trying to get a hold of anyone at this point for a following check up after medication was given to my dog. We are at a month now still struggling to get a hold of someone to proceed with the next steps. They know how serious this condition is and i’m left in the dark now. Tried calling twice literally this morning and still NO ANSWER. What happened with this hospital? They were amazing and now its just down the dumps in the span of a few weeks…*Update* they ended up calling me back, surprisingly, however, they rescheduled me 3 times AFTER. My dog could not have been seen due to there mismanagement and horrible organization. I ended dropping this hospital and now going to a much better one. Seems like more and more other hospitals are saying the same about these people (Little to no communication when reaching out, they are beginning to see more of Loving Hands clients switching over, closed during business hours.) Thanks for driving away another loyal customer Loving Hands, you did it! 🚮

April 10 · Walter D. RomanI was happy to find a place that took exotic animals not too far from me. They were very nice and patient when treating my pigeon when she was egg bound and compared to other exotic or bird vets it’s not as expensive, but treating unpopular pets will always be pricey regardless. They called to check in and give updates on my pets health while in their care regularly which helped a lot. Highly recommend if you have a bird or other exotic animals, the staff is very nice and understanding. The only thing I disliked was they where hesitant to check my pigeon for what i suspected she was having problems with and kept recommending other types of tests, when I knew she was egg bound, but they did listen to me after talking more about it, I just didn’t like that doubted her symptoms and that we went back and forth for a bit about it.
June 13 · Oliver CastilloThey assisted me with euthanasia and cremation for my 16 year old dog today and I was treated with the upmost compassion and understanding. They let me take all the time my husband and I needed to be with him in my dog's final hour and I will always be grateful. Thank you so much for the care and compassion an elderly dog needs when it's time to go.
February 05 · MochitsuneThe absolute worst vet hospital I’ve ever had to deal with. Extremely poor office management. Made an appointment for my dog to get a cytopoint shot for her allergies, then when I show up to my appointment, they told me that they ran out due to giving all the remaining doses to another dog in an emergency situation. That dog was there at the same time my dog was, and it hardly looked like an “emergency “ situation. I saw the dog in the waiting room and I even checked in before that dog did. So my dog went home and continued to suffer. Vet tech had a script sent over to Chewy for Apoquel, so I had no choice but to try the meds because my dog was miserable. Called the Vet back after over one month, and they still don’t have any cytopoint and the vet tech proceeded to explain to me that they are going through a change of ownership and won’t have any in the foreseeable future. I was basically told to seek another vet, pay a new office visit with that vet, and get the allergy shot. So ridiculous! Oh and that was after they closed for 2 days on a random Tuesday and Wednesday, not telling anyone they were closed. No phone recording, nothing. I had to drive down there, and saw a sign posted on their door that they were closed for whatever reason. Extremely unprofessional.
