★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Bleu went in for his comprehensive exam and for some reason my dog become a jerk at the vets. I commend Taylor for working with him without knocking him out first. He becomes very mouthy but not in an aggressive mode. Dr. C and the others work around him to get things done. The dog is trained and wouldn't do this in any other setting. Taylor, I'm sorry my monster does this. It's nice having Banfield and their expertise so no shots, bloodwork, fecal samples, etc are missed. The tiniest thing I mention regarding my dog is checked out. They also don't charge for things they didn't do. I had wanted Bleu's nails trimmed but Taylor stated they didn't need them so took the charge off. It's really nice knowing my dog could be checked at any Banfield if needed. I feel my dog is in very good hands.
April 13 · Kathy BainbridgeI am having the BEST experience at BANFIELD EASTVALE. All of the staff are professional and compassionate. Dr. Christensen is the BEST! Thank you and God bless you all.
May 02 · Anonymous 4 God's GloryEveryone at this location was nice. It was our first visit with our newly adopted cat. They took the time and explained the importance of his first check up.They have currently disabled online booking for appointments but if you call in you can schedule one if an opening is available.
May 30 · Gladys SalcedoDr. Christianson is the best! Staff is always welcoming & professional. Grateful for the care my fur baby gets.
March 25 · Hyrma VarelaI don't know if Dr C is still there. He was really loving with our pets, I values him but it was near impossible to get in to see him. We left because we could never get all of our cats seen on one day, and we would have to leave them there the whole day which stressed them out, and we'd have to be available all day to rush down when the vet could finally eek out 30 seconds to talk to us. We never could just get appointments. So many times we just ended up having to drop money on emergency vets. The final straw with Banfield was when for 2 years we couldn't get appointments to get the cats' teeth cleaned and we'd lost all the services we'd paid for while dropping over 2 grand in emergency vets appointments we cancelled our accounts. Which took three calls and having to argue with several levels of customer service. Turned out if one of our cats had been able to get in to have her cleaning in that time the cancer she had could have been caught early enough to save her, instead by the time it was found it was too far progressed. For those reasons we will never go back to Banfield.
