What is worth choosing:
In the face of a pet emergency, the most important factors are expertise, speed, and compassion. The Corona Animal Emergency Center is worth choosing because it embodies all three. Its singular focus on emergency and urgent care means that its team, equipment, and protocols are all optimized for crisis situations. This specialization is a significant advantage over a general veterinary clinic that may be ill-equipped or understaffed to handle a severe emergency after hours. The positive customer reviews, particularly the one detailing the successful retrieval of magnets from an English bulldog, serve as concrete evidence of their capability and the positive outcomes they achieve.
Furthermore, the center's commitment to both the animal's well-being and the owner's peace of mind is a rare and valuable combination. The staff’s proactive communication and willingness to explain procedures and costs in a clear, step-by-step manner alleviates much of the stress associated with emergency veterinary visits. The trust that pet owners place in them, as highlighted in the review where a person says they would "definitely go to the center if there’s ever an emergency again," is the ultimate endorsement. For any pet owner in the greater Corona area, having a reliable and compassionate emergency vet like the Corona Animal Emergency Center on call provides an essential safety net for when the worst happens.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My English bulldog swallowed two reusable silicone water balloons containing magnets. I was so worried about our dog that we took him to the Corona Animal Emergency Center. They got him in right away and performed an endoscopic procedure to attempt to get the balloons out unfortunately it failed and he ended up having abdominal surgery to retrieve the balloons, but the staff was so informative and helpful throughout the process! We got our dog back the day after surgery and he is healing so well! They took such great care of him and I will definitely go to the center if there’s ever an emergency again thank you Corona Animal Emergency Center for caring for my dog and making sure he was safe!
April 08 · Mariah OroscoOverall our experience was wonderful. While obviously dealing with an emergency clinic the price will be steeper but the team really walked through it with us and went step by step never looking to overcharge us but to make sure our pet got what he needed. Their communication with us was above and beyond both being proactive and reaching out after every step and being available when we called with questions. Communication and genuine care for our pet was something that really stood out.
July 26 · David FoutsThe team at Corona Animal Emergency Center took wonderful care of our 11 year old shih tzu when we had to have her admitted when she wasn’t eating. They welcomed and encouraged us to visit her, setting us up in our own room to be able to spend time with her. The doctor would call daily to update us on how her night/early morning had gone. All the staff we dealt with were warm and friendly and took great care of our pup. We were able to walk her while we were there and they took care that she’d have things like a blanket and/or bed in the room when we were visiting.
December 01 · Deb Palmer-DistanteNice clean facility. Staff was empathetic and straightforward, I don't feel like they were trying to sell me on unnecessary treatments for my dog or play on my vulnerability to wreck up a bill. She was at the end of her life and they gave realistic advice and outcomes for treatments. Ultimately we decided it was time to put her down. They were great with giving us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to her in a private room and let me hold her while they gave her the shots. They also had a good cremation service and different options to take care of the remains. Would take my other animals there if necessary for an emergency.
June 26 · iheartchewieSo nice and caring. Our dog needed stitches and had to be put under. They let is know what was going on and kept us posted. Took great care of our puppy. We were referred to 2 other emergency animal hospitals after our local emergency hospital was really backed up and our dog was stable. We really liked it here and although it's a 45 minute drive from our house, we wouldn't hesitate to go back here if needed and our puppy is stable. Since we had to wait and didn't want to drive all the way home, Corona had things near by to do and we don't just have to wait in the car. They took really good care and the Dr was very clear in what was needed to be done.
