Sacred Hearts Veterinary Hospital Introduce
For pet owners throughout Southern California, finding a veterinary practice that feels like a true partner in their pet’s health journey is a top priority. In the heart of Corona, Sacred Hearts Veterinary Hospital stands out as more than just a place for check-ups and treatments; it’s a full-service animal hospital and pet boarding facility built on a foundation of genuine compassion and comprehensive care. The team here understands that a pet is a cherished member of the family, and they are committed to providing medical expertise with a level of warmth and personalized attention that is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the door, you can sense that every person, from the front desk staff to the veterinarians, is there because they genuinely love animals and are passionate about their well-being.
This commitment to empathetic and personalized service is a core tenet of their practice. As one satisfied customer shared in a review, their first visit was a "wonderful experience" where they "felt heard and not rushed at all." The staff, particularly Dr. Owens, is praised for being "so warm and friendly," making even a routine visit feel like a special, personal interaction. This focus on the human-animal bond is a key part of their mission, and it extends beyond the clinical setting. The clinic also offers pet boarding and grooming services, creating a holistic environment where pets can receive both medical and daily care from a team they are familiar with and trust. The ability to handle everything from routine care to more serious medical or surgical needs makes Sacred Hearts Veterinary Hospital a convenient and reliable hub for the community.
Perhaps one of the most powerful testimonials to their character comes from a review detailing the care of a pet who had passed away. The family was touched by the staff's compassionate handling of their "precious baby," and how they "held and carried out our precious baby after he passed like he was a real baby." The clinic’s follow-up with a grief card signed by the entire staff brought the family a sense of closure. This level of empathy in a moment of great difficulty truly sets Sacred Hearts Veterinary Hospital apart and demonstrates their deep commitment to not just the animal's life, but to the emotional well-being of the family as well.

What is worth choosing:
Choosing a veterinary hospital is a deeply personal decision, and Sacred Hearts Veterinary Hospital makes a compelling case for itself by blending high-quality medical services with a profound sense of empathy and care. What makes them particularly worth choosing is their holistic approach to pet wellness. They are not just treating an ailment; they are caring for a family member. The positive reviews repeatedly emphasize this compassionate touch, from the front desk to the examination room, and even after a pet has passed. This level of human connection is often just as important as the medical care itself, especially during moments of crisis or difficult decisions. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1What a wonderful experience. My first time, but not our dogs to see Dr. Owens . From the front desk to the tech to Dr. Owens. Every person I came in contact with, #1 I felt heard and not rushed at all. Dr. Owens was so warm and friendly, made us feel like we where a VIPs even with other fur babies in the beautiful waiting area. You know she does that with all her patience. The doctor explained everything made sure I understood and answer any and all questions. The staff were so all very nice and so loving to all the fur babies. So if you're looking for a new vet here's the place.
September 03 · Kim DesensWe are so lucky to have found this pet hospital. The Dr. and staff were so compassionate and caring. They made a very difficult situation a bit easier on our hearts. They held and carried out our precious baby after he passed like he was a real baby. Just how he was to us and our family.I loved that they followed up with us afterwards and even sent a grievance card that the staff all signed to us like a month later. Brought is.a little more closure.I will always use this vet when we are able to find a new member for our family when the time is right again.
June 01 · Amanda BeltranAs a whole, the staff is great and the main vet is kind and wonderful. However, one of the receptionists was regularly rude and condescending on the phone. Our appointments were regularly scheduled at a time other than what we scheduled and during the call confirmation, when trying to talk through what was confusing as the times were not matching, it was made clear that it was our error. Look, I'm not free from making mistakes, and I will admit that, but how is it that I log in my calendar while I'm on the phone with your office, to only get a phone today call stating "you missed your 10am appointment" when it was confirmed and logged for 3:20pm, just yesterday? Forgive my confusion, but I live by my calendar. Either way, I would welcome a call from the leadership at this office in the event they wish to discuss further. I did try to call today, but was left on hold for over 10 minutes. As I was informed by the receptionist that the calls are recorded", if leadership does not wish to connect, they can review the call to identify what really occurred. Either way, I welcome a chance to connect, but will not be returning. This will also be shared with my equestrian vet, who originally referred us.
May 30 · Justin KockI adopted a Great Dane from the Corona Animal Shelter and was guided to Sacred Hearts VH to have his neuter done. Tucked back in an industrial corner of Corona is this gem of a hospital. Go here! The staff is excellent! The attitude and atmosphere is excellent! The veterinary care is excellent! Everything about this hospital is excellent! I live in Wildomar and wish I could pick this place up and move it closer to me. They're competent and kind. I worked in vet med for over 10 years and from a professional point of view, this is the kind of clinic I wish I'd worked for. One of the best!
August 11 · Suzanne BellThe vet here is absolutely the finest in the area. She is so kind and enthusiastic. She keeps her focus on the pet while thoroughly explaining everything the owner has to know. She is someone who obviously truly loves her job and it’s wonderful to see. The staff is also so sweet and thoughtful. I love how they write your pet’s name on the board! Such a cute detail.
