★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Double A has always been great to work with. I know they have nothing but the best intentions for my pets. Putting my Fur daughter down was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever been through. I appreciate how they handled everything, especially Hope. Thank you Double A
July 31 · Michael MullalyThe BEST vets!! All the staff are genuinely so so caring about your animals and they will take the extra time to talk to you, and try to squeeze your pet in if there’s an issue. They call to follow up after if your animal has been sick and taking meds to see how they’re doing. Everyone from the front end staff to the vet techs to the vets are just phenomenal and very clearly care about your pets
May 25 · MonikaI’ve brought my pets here since we moved here. I’ve been telling them for over a year something is wrong with my cat. He pees every 2 seconds and is now peeing everywhere and is peeing blood, $7000 of my money down the drain and they say my cat is healthy and gave him vaccines. Don’t recommend all they care about is the money.
July 12 · Cecelia WilliamsI have had the pleasure through the years of being the Mom to many wonderful pets, cats and dogs. However, as with any living thing there comes a point in time when they either pass on their own or the decision to end their suffering has to be made. Before two weeks ago the last time I had to make that decision was 11 years ago with my dog who thank goodness had lived a good long life. Recently though my 8 year old dog was diagnosed with cancer that spread and was suffering and had to be put to sleep. It was a devastating decision for me and my family. But in all honesty the staff and Dr. Pina at Double A were WONDERFUL and really cared, never pushing us to make a decision either way and checking up on me to make sure I was okay. As with my dog 11 years ago, they sent a beautiful card and Rainbow Bridge poem while we were grieving which was so appreciated. And the new room they created in the back for us to spend the last moments with him was so comforting to us. It felt like he was home with us just going down for a nap with his family surrounded by love, hugs and comfort. Thank you so much Double A. This is why I continue bringing my pets to you.
April 16 · Ana HuynhI'm a HUGE fan Double A since I started using Double A Vet during the pandemic. Back then, there was a new client wait list of almost 1 year. Since my other vet and I broke up because they sucked and I'd heard many positive things about Double A, I was dying to get in! I've loved them ever since my first encounter.Everyone I've dealt with there has been wonderful. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The vets themselves are most compassionate and I've come to trust and rely on their expertise. When I rescued a dog shortly after suddenly losing another dog, I immediately set up a "meet and greet" appointment with them to establish my rescue as a new client. There was no where else I'd want to go. They welcomed my new dog with open arms. ❤️
