★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Fox Memorial Clinic is truly a lifesaver for pet owners in these challenging economic times. Their affordability makes quality veterinary care accessible to so many, and you can tell the entire team genuinely cares about every pet that walks through their doors. The staff is incredibly friendly, empathetic, and inclusive, making sure both pets and their people feel welcome and supported.Yes, there can be a wait to get an appointment, but once you experience the level of care they provide, it’s easy to see why they are in such high demand. While they no longer offer surgery, there are great low-cost options in the area, like POA Spay.If you’re looking for a clinic that treats your pet with compassion while keeping care affordable, I can’t recommend Fox Memorial enough!
March 28 · Jennifer Lynn BethkeI usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so that other pet owners are aware before trusting this facility with their beloved animals.I brought my dog, Negro, to this clinic about a month ago because he was clearly unwell. They diagnosed him with arthritis just by looking at his paws, even though his bloodwork showed elevated levels. I followed up and asked to bring him back in for radiographs, but I was told it wasn’t necessary and was dismissed.I later took him to a different vet, where he was diagnosed with cancer. He has since passed away. I can’t help but feel that if my concerns had been taken seriously from the start, things could have been different.I’m sharing this so others are aware. I’ve since moved my other pet to a new clinic and wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
April 21 · Mariana PalacioAmazing, my experience with the Fox Clinic, the Vet Dr. Kucia very professional and kind person, along with the staff , I adopted Blackie at the Humane Society in 2015 and it was a wonderful experience as well. I had to put my dog down and I was given time to spend with my dog before euthanasia and after, they made my dog comfortable too, really appreciated that, not only that but they provided a box to take my dog as that was my final wish! I Will definitely visit again in the future , thank you so much for your kindness!
April 02 · madeline lyraMy cat Baloo was the last of her litter and out live her siblings by years. She was showing concerning signs. I was having trouble with what to do and Fox Memorial Clinic had a number you can text. We were able to schedule an appointment for a quality of life exam. They and were very helpful, compassionate, empathetic. I know Baloo since she was two days old and she now 9 and half. She’s my baby, my best friend, and was the reason I got up in the morning for years. Fox Memorial Clinic helped me through everything even when I had to put her down. They didn’t push me to make a decision or what to do, they gave me all the information and ultimately I had to put Baloo to sleep because of the amount of pain and suffering she was in. It hasn’t been a week since but I got a letter from Dr. Sara with a beautiful note about my Baloo that also had free paw prints for me of her. During the whole process they made sure Baloo was comfortable and explained throughly. They took care of everything so I could focus on Baloo. They were so extremely kind. I appreciate all what they did for me and Baloo, even coming up with something to say on Baloo’s plaque when I couldn’t. I want to thank Fox Memorial Clinic but mostly Dr. Sara and her assistant (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name). You two really made the hardest decision I had to go through, easier to sit with and to remember. Baloo normally would have fought the vets but you two made her feel comfortable and allowed her to be able to rest. I didn’t want to leave her with strangers but by the end of it I felt peace. Thank you so much. You guys were absolutely wonderful.
July 19 · Samantha EilermanKaty was very kind, helpful, & compassionate. She treated me very well and assisted me with my pet dog Clovers needs. My pets are my kids, & she feels the same way. Clover my sweetheart passed away 9:15 pm 11-10-20. Katy called me the next morning and said I could bring her in right away to be cremated . Katy let me choose any urn I desired. I really appreciate Fox Memorial & hope to bring my other 2 dogs for vaccines, etc.
