Choosing BiZee Bird Store is choosing a partner in your bird's health and happiness. For bird owners in the Oregon area, what makes this store so special is the genuine love and expertise that is at the heart of the business. As one long-time customer explained, the store is their "only go to" for all their needs, citing the "unbeatable" grooming costs and high-quality food. Another customer's experience, where the owner went out of her way to provide food even though the store was technically closed, speaks volumes about the level of commitment and empathy the team has for its clients and their birds. This is not a transaction; it is a relationship.
While a different review highlighted a personal issue, it underscores the intense personal connection customers feel with the store and its owner. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1From abundant all-natural food/treats and toys, parrot grooming, and boarding, BiZee Bird Store is my only go to store. As a bird owner for over 30 years, I feel it's a privilege to have found BiZee Bird for my three parrots. Beverly treats my birds as her own as it is evident in how she communicates and genuinely shows the birds’ best interests at heart. This store carries some rescued birds as well and over the time I noticed these birds nursed to good health. There are many reasons, I visit this store every month, to list the most important are:1) for the high quality bird food without the artificial additives which I buy by the pounds,2) for wings and nail grooming/caring, cost is unbeatable - about a 3rd of what my avian vet charges,3) for boarding, with food and cage provided, plus there are many other parrots that keep my birds entertained. The store is closed on Mondays and some holidays, so it’s good to double-check hours before visiting.Bizee Bird has become my go-to place. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!!
September 09 · Nala CoutureI did not realize that she was not open. A human mistake, but she had another customerin the store. I was going to leave, but I said that my birds need food and you are the only one with the brand. She said I can get what I needed. That was nice. My life has not been fun this year. I just feel bad for disturbing her. Im probably not going back, so do not worry about ordering the food for your store. I can not handle this situation.
July 07 · TeresaShe truly loves her birds! She sold me my conure, and he's the best. He wasn't scared of people at all the first day I brought him home he was ready to hang out and cuddle. He's turning 2 this year!
May 05 · Clara MillsTook my recently adopted baby green cheek in for a quick nail trim and to pick up a cage. Customer service off the bat was rude and combative, I declined purchasing a snuggle hut as experienced parrot owners will tell you they cause hormonal issues and pose a strangulation risk. I was treated as someone who was a first time parrot owner despite confirming I had own conures for 10 years and had a family background of breeding and owning cockatiels. She had an already previously injured young green cheek out with a Quaker parrot, allowing them to freely interact and the two got into a squabble, there was no concern given for having two very different beak sized birds freely engaging with each other.During the nail trim on my green cheek, she was aggressively grabbed in a towel, startling my other GC. She caused nearly every quiwk to bleed on her and I had to directly tell her to put the antiseptic powder on as she initially tried to stop the bleeding with just her thumb. My conure was very frazzled after the experience and now I'm having to get her to relearn footwork as she's incredibly fearful of even coming out of the cage again.Overall, the knowledge on birds is outdated and subpar, the treatment of such is cruel and I would not personally recommend coming her for anything when there is another bird store in the area that takes genuine care of their birds.
August 02 · Milo ThorsonBad Customer service. She was a bit rude . Was assuming my housing situation , where I live and all . nothing to do with birds . I have meet people that work with animals and I know that they ask questions and concerns about food and things the bird need but asking where I live is not something acceptable. In all I didn’t even feel welcomed when I walked in. at all ! she was already a bit off when I started asking her questions.i told her I came to look at the birds and to check out the prices to kinda get a better look on what kinda bird I wanna get etc. then she said she didn’t have anything then proceeded with I have large birds.. then said to me do u live in apartments !? It didn’t seem like a nice way to ask you could’ve asked do you live in a house or apartment or where will the birds be staying. I would have her the answer of where would the birds be staying but again I was only there to look not to buy yet I was gonna buy later on but I clearly didn’t find the answer I wanted there at her shop.
